Question about getting stuck

I try to phrase this thing, but not easy to word. I use TRE for some years and helped a lot in relasing things beside IFS, art and physical exercise and various moving pracitces. I think TRE is the thing what help the most ín coping with difficult emotions. I " use" it two way. 1. Always my stomach and head shaking kind of automatically if I "let it go". 2. After a time i could "open" buried emotions and I could burst into cry very easily and is a big relase. Most of the Time these things worked. I learnt to use them with modesty, of course I overdid them many times, so practice taught me how to balance these things.

Now I have big changes in my life and i'm in a total New situation and my "inner energies" just so chaotic. I have most of the day a very nervous energy in my chest/throat area and I just can't relase it. Somehow I just can't calm down. In this Time I can cry and tremor a lot but it's just not effective. I renewed my Tai chi/qigong practice what helps in the time of practicing, "send energy down" temporary. So I don't know how to approach this situation. What do you suggest? I would do more "calming" practices, but in my experience they don't work as deep as TRE, but I need to calm down a bit. What do you do when you feel stuck and can't find the way? Maybe any other modality you'd suggest?

This and that

There are some things i'd like to share and some questions to ask. So for many years i am experimenting with many healing modalities. Would be so long to list them all (TCC, Yoga, somatics, several various meditation practices and studied many psychology schools. TRE helped me a lot. I think i applied it my own way (Is there a perfect way? :) ) and led to access emotions that should be expressed and i led them come. Of course many times get stuck, then have an insight, then everything ok, then stuck.....Rinse and repeat, you undertstand. What i feel really helping have a kind of diet, cut coffee, do physical exercises, and make art. Many times i feel that feeling good is a kind of privilege what should be enjoyed with modesty, because something says that "It's great now, but hey, Shit always comes, so be ready" What is ok. Today i remebered that back than i experimented alot to play with my inner "energies" (Yeah i know Dantien, chakras, etc) and it can help extreme blissfull states. i am searching for kind of practices to "play" with this inner energy things: It works with focusing on different body parts, inner places, connect them, imagination exercises, discover inner landscapes. Any books, practices, welcomed. In my current understanding maintaining a balance is important to nurture and unburden our "aspects", Enjoy thins and do that hard work. How do you understand balance in your practice?

1. Drangonbane, knave, runecairn and...? What do you recommend? And Vox Profunda

Hi!

  1. I just started reading knave 2e and I like it's oldschool Style and simplicity and wealth of tables. Not a solo game but easily soloable in an extent similar to runecairn, cairn and dragonbane. What other similar games/solo extensions would you still recommend?

  2. I just checked manalone's Vox Profunda Oracle. Amazing stuff. Could you recommend some other nőt ordinary oracles? I mean not mythic :)

Worldbuilding during play?

I have a story, some characters and some seeds of a world. I start playing and would be great to build the world during play? How do you do that? When do you do worldbuilding? Should it be done before playing? Any useful tool/Oracle for worldbuilding in general?

Playing without writing

My question has two parts

  1. I just tried Void1680 (Solo musicplaylist make game) and it was avery good experience. In the past mainly in my solo game practice i made alot of journailng, but i really loved how a game could work without it. So could you suggest other games when the goal is not to write instead create something, take pictures, talk, etc.

  2. I know that this too was atopic many times (links welcomed) But i'm looking for games what you could just play in your head anywhere, I remeber that there are esome great stuff here.

Inexpensive heavy game?

I'm looking for a soloable inexpensive medium/heavy game. A plus point if it a smaller box game or has fast setup.

What's on my list now: Rome: Fate of an empire
