I'm going to scream (rant)

So its summer right now and I'm going into my senior year (yay), but there's a huge issue. My state just passed a law against technology, which, yea, I understand, but a lot of people, including me, struggle with over stimulation and focusing. We already had a phone ban, but we could still use headphones (if permitted by the teacher, which they often were). But now, we legally can't use them, especially not without some sort of 504 or IEP, which I am struggling to get since trying to get tested for my possible ADHD (or ADD)/Autism is extremely difficult but I need one to get one of the plans, and if I don't have my headphones/music I always tend to do worse and get more stressed. I hate this new law.
