Convoy

Super stoked about getting introduced to convoy. I rotate these every day as an EDC. Slowly building up my collection.

Having a tough time deciding which glasses to keep, I ended up ordering three pairs and am torn between the Fury in mahogany and in black. The black ones have polarized lenses. I really like the mahogany glasses, and also like that the lenses are darker than the polarized ones the black ones. I guess I am trying to get more information on why I should pick one over the other.

I bought this at a garage sale about 10 years ago. I never really knew what it says, but to me the resembles “Hard to be Humble”. What do you think the original owner intended this to mean.

I ended up ordering three pairs of glasses. I wasn’t able to find a store near me at the time I bought them to try them on. My first impression is that they’re built very well. almost say that they’re built better than the band. I did get the adventure and the fury. Both in black and one fury pair in Brown. There is a pretty significant size difference in my opinion. Both are polarized. Everything else works the same as a re-bands. The sound of my opinion sounds a lot better, I also feel like the volume is louder. I could talk on the phone while I’m in crowds.

Shout out to this forum. Was able to utilize the s2 clip with screws I got from Amazon. Finally have some great clips on my favorite two lights at the moment. The T6 and T3.

Just got back from Madeira and I have to say, the island is absolutely stunning. The levadas and mountain trails are some of the most beautiful hiking I’ve ever done. I was surprised on the amount of used toilet paper on the trails. It’s clear people are using the trail as a restroom, which, fine, I get it, there are no facilities at most trailheads. But what I cannot wrap my head around is why people are just dropping their soiled wipes right there on the ground and walking away.

It’s really not that complicated, pack it up bring a small bag, seal it up, and dispose of it properly when you get back to civilization.

Just wanted to come on here and say thank you for those who recommended my first convoy light. There were so many options and combinations to choose from but ultimately picked this ti/copper combo T6. It checks all the boxes I had and was surprised on how small it was. Perfect for EDC. It’s really bright. I just now need to get a charger for my battery. Any recommendation for one I can get off Amazon?

LED type: SFT-25R
TC / light color: 5000K- even thought it looks a lot cooler than my other 5000k lights. Seems to me more of a 6000k.
