Yes, he has a bland personality and a small moveset, but he has all the moves in the game, with the best fundamentals, and is easy to play. If u want, he has techs that add more layers of depth, great original customs, and a community that's patient with pro players, including players in both the Tekken Portal and the main Shaheen discord.
