Nothing. Nothing is wrong with my kid. She has ADHD but that’s just who she is. My friend’s child who has similar big emotions and intelligence gets treated so differently at his school. The admin say “he’s young. He’ll grow out of it. We’ve got time.” But then with my daughter in a different but similar school we’re in two therapies a week and on medication. All because of the pressure from the school.

Is it a girl vs boy thing at this age? (5/6). What’s the deal? I know it’s different schools but it’s just such a different reaction to two very similar children.

Hi all- my daughter is trying out some meds for her ADHD but will not take a pill. Thankfully we can open the capsule and pour it in apple sauce but still she struggles with the taste and texture. Often times spitting it out or coughing it out. This is a big morning struggle, takes a lot of time, and we both leave the situation feeling upset.

Any advice? We’ve seen a lot of benefits from the meds but this is honestly the only drawback. TIA

Just brought my car in to get recalls, updates, and the service/inspection handled. After seeing the quotes people posted here I was really nervous about how much it would cost and how long it would take. In and out in just over two hours didn’t cost me anything, they got everything looked at and cleared my service message. Didn’t need to get my battery replaced either! Update done too.

Cal’a hair or Maggie’s hair? Cal’s never moves and Maggie’s wearing a wig for some reason. These two things for some reason really took me out of it.

Anyone out there with a set of multiples and one is neurodivergent but the rest are neuro typical? We are just starting our journey as the girls are entering first grade. Twin A has ADHD and a super high IQ. Twin B is typical with a slightly above average IQ. Navigating the social and academic differences has been tricky at times. Explaining fair isn’t everyone getting the same thing but getting what they need. Also trying to encourage B to be understanding and aware of when A is having a hard time. Also taking B to all of the appointments for A. Hasn’t been an issue but just looking ahead at potential challenges and stressors. Any advice or experience appreciated!

We definitely try and create those special moments with each but some of the time commitments are unavoidable.

They were cute little creatures and a girl befriends one and realize they aren’t evil. Ends the movie where she comes a beautiful place they all are. Kids are being trained to fight against the creatures. They are very poor… the name I think starts with an O and the creatures have a loud screech.

Has anyone gotten a natural glam look from a local make up artist? Thinking about just scheduling an appointment at Sephora or something… but I realize that’s a gamble. Would love to see their work, hoping to spend $100 or less.

My husband purchased a home in 2009, I moved in 2012, we got married in 2014 and I started contributing half the mortgage. My name is not on the house. In 2022 we purchased a house together and turned the previous residence into a rental property. My husband is refusing to put my name on the rental house. I’m uncomfortable contributing more money to repairs, mortgage, rental fees etc. until he does add my name.

Do I have any claim to my investment thus far?
