I have some muslim people at my workplace, and every year they take leaves for ganpati. They speak fluent marathi and they always go to their town to celebrate. They have their ganpati leaves planned. Not that they fake it for leaves, they do the proper rituals etc.

How is this exception for them and don't they get into trouble to go against their religion?

I even have a friend who is from pandharpur and takes leaves for diwali and ganpati to go home.

And they speak marathi at home as well mostly

I was in Bangalore a few months back for a period of 2 months.

There i worked with nagamese , bengali , karnataka people.

I took all efforts to learn kannada and now I can speak 10 to 20 sentences. That too after working 14 hours a day I still got time to learn. These people were also excited to learn Marathi from me. I even learn Bengali nagamese for fun.

But the problem is with people of up and and Bihar etc, they never even ask to teach them Hi or Hello in Marathi where as others take all efforts to learn.

I only learned kannada as a respect for the language and culture. Even though I never planned to stay there for more than 2 months.

But yes if you want you can learn. Only marathi people respect others culture and state.

What I'm looking for

Equal partners : We both invest same amount and we both work together on this.

T&C : Need to be from the same industry so we could work on this together.

I started as a fresher and now working as a restaurant general manager or outlet manager.

I have gained enough experience, from in and out.

Is there any way I can get a job as a restaurant consultant, etc?

I want to get out of my current roles and explore new experiences .

Does anyone have any idea how to ?

So I'm 26M and i work in restaurants/hospitality and the schedule is not that great but manageable.

I earn 42k pm

Now looking at the bad part

I have multiple loans

1 lakh at 10 percent pm

12k emi pm till November

11.5 k and utility

4k travel etc

1.2 lakh credit card but managing by rotating

The finance is not the issue ,I will solve it soon slowly.

The part is over the years this finance has put me in bad health.

Now I want to get back to getting fit, healthy eating etc to have energy to pay all this and get back to normal.

I need suggestions from guys who managed to get back on track after a lot of stress.
