As someone who LOVES G3 Catty Noir her fang vote doll is a huge dreamie to me. Living in Ireland however, a country that Mattel Creations doesn’t ship to (multi-billion dollar company btw), I had no chance in buying her when she released.
Now my only chance is buying second hand, but I have been searching for ages and I’ve never seen a single listing under €200 !! It’s ridiculous 😭 Will I ever get a chance to buy this doll for a reasonable price?

Just noticed while admiring my Willow doll that she actually has a cleft chin! I have never seen/ owned a doll with a cleft chin before, and it was such a nice surprise to see considering I have one myself. So cool 😎

Life hack for everyone whose gotten their new doll but the hat won’t stay secure!
Use sewing pins 📍I noticed the hats have holes in them and it’s a perfect place to put pins that can pierce into the head. Just make sure they aren’t an abnormally long size or else they’ll poke through the other side of the head XD
I used green pins to better blend in with the hat!

Is this the MSC matte sealant everyone uses? Ik there’s like two different versions that’s UV or no uv something like that? Is this the right one to use for doll face ups done with watercolour pencils and acrylic paints?

I’m happy to say my Catty restyle is finally complete! You may have seen a previous post where I altered her outfit but now she is completely done. (Initial restyle in the last slide!)
She has been styled solely with Catty pieces from either her core doll or her skulltimate doll (the glasses and bracelet),
The only thing that was completely diy is the pink mesh skirt, with is literally held together by two pieces of thread so you don’t need anything fancy XD
I also fixed her hair to the best of my abilities! Lmk what you guys think

I bought some CDs recently and I noticed on this album when I was looking at the art there was a name written on it in pen that I didn’t notice in the listing. I know it’s likely not possible but is there any way that pen can be removed from this glossy paper? Thx!

Was looking at the Amazon listing for the Zuru Minnee dolls and saw the listing had a little video/commercial. I had a look at it and oh my god the ai 🤢 there’s so much of it, the screenshots don’t do it justice with how creepy the ai models move. I’m pretty sure some voice lines are ai too if not all of them. It’s really souring the hype for these dolls. Don’t stay silent, keep voicing your complaints whether through email or under their social media posts, and maybe they’ll get the memo that they can’t condition the public to tolerate generative ai!!

I don’t collect descendant dolls but I thought I’d share that this rise of the red doll is only €5 on smythstoys.com !! I’m in Ireland and it’s available for delivery and click & collect. My take on G3 Elissabat! I used Cabin Cupid as the base to build off of. Unfortunately I’m no fashion designer so I didn’t design any new outfit, plz forgive me XD
Her eye shine is meant to represent a photographers camera flash. 📸📸
I’m so excited for G3 Elissabat that I had to make a little photo bash. I know she’ll probably look more carnival esque fashion wise since that’s the theme for the line she’s being released in but this was more so just for fun rather then a proper dive into what clothes she’ll be wearing.
Anyway I really hope they don’t just make her a recolour of Draculaura 🤞 it would be so cool if she was taller than Draculaura and had a purple tint to her skin.

I was/am excited for this new doll line but… phew, €14.99 for a blind box 1:12 scale doll is a bit much for me. I was so ready to preorder a couple. Idk what price I was expecting but for €15 I could get a core G3 Monster high doll on sale 😪
