I know its abandoned and I'm okay with it not getting new content but did read a few people say it is a bit buggy here and there. Its on sale right now so just trying to decide if I should bite the bullet or not! Between that or critter cove. 🤔 I don't know!
I am running an experiment of moving back down to 7.5mg because I've hit a month long stall and because I have been dealing with some extreme fatigue for many months. Really my only side effect but its life disrupting. I'm going to 7.5 because its the first dose that worked for me and was still working when I titrated up.. I probably didn't need to go up as quickly as I did honestly. I'm hoping doing a little bit of a reset might help. We shall see. 😅 If I run into problems I can easily go back up
I tried Palia when it first came out and I just struggled to get into it. Just recently tried it again because of the horses tbh lol and now I'm widly addicted! I don't know why it looks so much better on my OG steam deck but it does. Any other elder people in their 40's who want an in game friend that doesn't know what they're doing?? 😆
So I'll start off by saying that I am in early perimenopause, on HRT(estrogen and progesterone). I started a compounded women's dose of testosterone cream about 3 months ago because my levels were pretty much non existent. However a month ago I stopped because my hair was starting to fall out, which is something that can apparently happen with transdermal delivery. I don't know if they are correlated but around this time my steady weekly 1-2lb loss just completely halted and I've been bouncing around 233-240 all this month. I know some of it is water weight as I dropped 5lbs one night but then now I'm 2lbs heavier again
As far as diet, I've actually been under eating as I also recently went up to 15mg and my appetite has been pretty low. I have been making an effort to eat more this past week though. I have been exercising more, have a pool and swim several times per week at a minimum of one hour but usually two and the other day I got around 12k steps. I have been in more pain this past month too.. its like all the pain relief Zep provided just vanished.
My appetite and food noise is still well controlled, so the medication is working.. this is just my first real stall. Since I am at 21% lost I'm a bit freaked out due to this being the average lost in trials. Just don't really know what to do. Hide my scale for a while and check back in another month? 😅 *Also nothing that I am 90lbs down total from my heaviest(65lbs) since starting Zep)
I am on a higher dose of Zep and introduced 2mg of reta and had plans to slowly taper down zep while switching to reta for a bit. However as soon as I took reta, I had massive pain flare and my weightloss came to a complete stop. Its been about a month and a half now. I wasn't expecting my loss to speed up with that amount but I also hadn't thought it would stop either. I was losing a steady 1-2lbs per week before. I am someone who has a lot to lose, have lost 21% so far but still a long way to go yet, so I thought I would try reta. But I'm a bit flummoxed things got worse. I could just stop taking it I guess but I didn't want to waste the money I spent on the vial. Is this normal?
Was in the bahamas recently, took a couple photos of myself and was a bit shocked I seem to be developing a jawline lol. As well as, I live in central Florida and am a passholder to Universal and today two days from my 44th birthday I fit on several rides with ease I had no chance on before. Also handled all the walking plus swimming way better than I ever would have at my heaviest. Down 90lbs from my highest weight of 323lbs and 65lbs since starting Zep. Feels awesome 👌
I want to switch to Reta until I finish my vial, I know I shouldn't switch to a relevant dose because of the glucagen so just wondering what would be a good dose to start with since I have been on 15mg Zep! I do also have compounded tirz so I could do some custom doses of tirz and taper if better? Just curious if anyone else has done this and what worked best for them!

We decided to do this on a whim a few months ago.. I chose a shorter trip for our first cruise, no kids just two grown ups. 😂 We have snorkeling and swimming planned for both days, love being in the water so super looking forward to it. Fingers all the way crossed that it won't be terrible weather the whole time! Only live an hour from the port, so its nice that I don't have to spend a day flying. Tomorrow can't come fast enough
I've lost 64lbs in 10 months since starting Zep(89lbs total), I suppose on this sub that is fairly moderate progress lol. I am happy with my progress but feeling a little sad about the loose skin I see forming, especially my double chin. My face looks just as bad since my skin isn't retracting. I have no plans to stop but the realities of huge weightloss and very likely needing surgery is starting to hit me
I have my first ever cruise soon! A month ago I made an appointment at the salon before knowing I couldn't cancel it in the app. I'd wanted to get a hair cut and colored but my appointment is only an hour so I'm guessing they don't do coloring? If I want to cancel, where do I go to find the number to do that? Thanks!

So disclaimer I am on Zepbound but because I have quite a lot to lose I added in a low dose of reta with no plans to increase my dose(2mg) since I'd seen people having good results stacking. But ever since I started it(about a month and a half-ish) I stopped having steady weekly loss. I didn't lose a single pound for two weeks after starting and currently my weight won't move unless I do a 24hr fast. I realize most people on GLP seem to be fervently against fasting. I wasn't expecting anything miraculous but its weird that my weightloss just came to a halt. I don't have plans to continue to use it but also don't want to waste my vial so idk. As another aside I've also been experiencing a lot of my chronic pain return too. Anyone else experienced something similar?
I started Zepbound in August 2025. Before that I did two cross country moves, moved from north county San Diego to New Hampshire(HUGE change) and then two years later, moved to Florida. During that time I lost my father and all 3 of my dogs(cancer, kidney failure).. my last dog was only a year ago, it was traumatic and I'm still recovering mentally. Perimenopause hit me during all this mess too. It was a lot, I was already heavy but I put on a ton of additional weight. One day I got on the scale and saw the number 323lbs. I was completely shocked and this woke me up to what was going on. I was able to get down to 298lbs on my own but then my weight just completely stopped moving, no matter what I did. At this time I was also having 'horrible' back pain from the weight, could barely walk 15 minutes without having to sit down.
I was fed up so made an appointment to get HRT and Zepbound, we also did extensive blood testing and found out I was pre diabetic and insulin resistant. Funnily enough my lipid panel was perfect. At this time I thought Zepbound was purely an appetite suppressant and thought I would fail. I took my first shot(a couple days after I got it because I was nervous), felt a little bit of nausea but within hours my food noise was just gone, my diet soda addiction also vanished. However I didn't lose much on 2.5 and 5mg as well as I was struggling the last 3 days before shot day. So I titrated up monthly until I got to 10mg, stayed at 12.5 the longest and recently moved up to 15mg. I am choosing a faster titration schedule for myself as my body seems to work better with the higher doses. I no longer struggle, day 6 is just as strong as day.. I have no desire to snack and don't craves sweets or salty crunchy things anymore. My only side effect is some fatigue
Today I hit 85lbs lost total and 60lbs since starting Zep. I feel mostly good about it though seeing people losing 100+lbs in 7-8 months here has me feeling like my progress is a little slow. However my plantar fascitis is nearly gone now, my back is no longer an issue and my pre diabetes is reversed. I was also completely shocked at how fast my stomach melted off in just a few months, I've never seen this much fat loss before its kind of wild! My sleep apnea is still severe however, I still have a long ways to go and for me its probably going to be a 2 year journey.
Today is an exciting day because I've hit a weight I haven't seen in over 20 years! I'm headed into new territory now and I feel like this time I'm actually going to make it. My only regret is not taking before photos at my heaviest!
Hey ya'll so I am trying to pick a new game to buy my husband and I but having trouble deciding.
I realize Subnautica 2 is still in early access and there's loads more content in the other games! Survival is the main genre we play together, so we have a lot of them. Currently on our 4th playthrough of Abiotic Factor because I am addicted lol. However ABF has spoiled me a ton because, imo its so unique to the genre. So looking for whichever of these might have the better story, more quests or just more active goals to work towards vs something like Ark where you make your own. I just feel like having a bit more direction at this moment. If you have any other suggestions feel free(though I probably already own it 😅)

This game is simple but wicked cute and relaxing. I'm new to the cozy genre and I still love combat heavy games.. however sometimes its nice to just have a pleasant chill experience. Anyone enjoying this one?

And I'm still obsessed! Starting playing when 1.0 was released. Granted compared to Ark, that playtime is pretty low but seeing as how its a game with an ending and limited content, I'd say that's fairly good playtime haha. I am technically on my 4th playthrough playing apocalyptic with enemy health set to 3.0 with the better assaults and extreme weather mod. Just started security sector and got absolutely owned in Canaan but it was great fun. Definitely not looking forward to hydroplant robots but with my trusty tareccary, Krypton maybe we can get through it. I normally like running with a gun mod but this time I'm surviving on scientific invention alone. After this I will probably take a break until the summer/fall update and then I will start a new game. 😆 This game is difficult to walk away from completely! What's your favorite sector or thing so far in the game?
Went for a swim in my pool today and noticed a little definition in my clavicle area starting to show, it intially struck me as oh no what's wrong! Before it was like oh yeah that's supposed to show, you just haven't seen it on yourself in... a millenia. 🤣 Also boobs are still present and hanging in there... I actually didn't mean to say it like that but it works. Fingers crossed they don't desert me in this process but if they do, I'll deal. All this newfound mobility I'm gaining alongside the losing is worth it!
We are now doing our third playthrough with the new update, I love starting fresh and finding new base spots! Took us 120 hours to beat the game the first time(spent a lot of time being lost af) and we had a blast, so much so that we immediately started a new game after beating it lol. All I want is more games like Abiotic or just more content from this.. honestly so excited to see what more comes from these developers.
Our first game together was Diablo 2 and Abiotic ranks high up there solidly in the top 5... possibly top 3. And no he did not get me into gaming, I started when I was 5 in the mid 80's with the OG Nintendo haha. No spoilers but how are you guys liking the cosmic companions patch?? I love it so far but we are only just about to finish manufacturing. Goes so dang quick once you know your way around lol
