How the heck do I do the UV editing on this?

I have some experience with making 3D models in Blender, but none with UV editing. This is supposed to be a cat with modular ears and tail, which is why there are two different versions of the ears and tail.

Yes, I knew an antifurry Sonic fan in middle school.
