What are some easy exercises I can do at home without any equipment?

I'm 16 years old, female, and 213 pounds (last I checked) at 5'8. I wouldn't say I look obese, just moderately chubby, so I don't think all of the weight is fat (overwise I'd probably look a lot bigger), but I still want to lose weight. I don't have much stamina, but I'm willing to work on that as well.

Modded creature by me

This abomination was made using three mods: Dark Injection, CamBen's Color Pack, and Integrated Integument.

Then again, compared to some Maxis creatures its abomination level is probably pretty tame. The muscles look pretty weird in the screenshot, but the creature was at a weird angle, they look fine normally.
