House built in approx 1960 with all electric heat in ceilings.
Each room has its own thermostat - all either the singer (pic 2) or electromode (pic 3)
Except in the dining room is this single Hagan thermostat.
It is approximately 16 inches from the normal singer thermostat that follows suite with the rest of the house.
What could the Hagan thermostat be for? Or how can I find out?

Wall mounted and found throughout house. (With a few hanging ones as well.) I believe they are fire extinguishers. I cannot find this specific model, or brand through online searches. I also cannot figure out how to take down.
I am clueless about tree health but am eager to learn! Is the damage on these trees “normal” ? Is the moss a problem ?
Can these trees be left as is, or do I need to have someone come look at them?
Not necessarily looking for exact answers, just guidance as to whether these are major problems or not!
