Was approved for fair fares end of July

I tap with my credit card. everytime I use the subway
I’m still charged the full fare my account shows that it’s active with fair fare and it shows the card associated with it. I’ve already called 311 and was connected to HR(?) and the lady I spoke to that she fixed it but when I took the subway this morning I was still charged full fare. What am I doing wrong? Help

Why am I suddenly getting this message from eBay, I did not change anything in my bank account settings with them, now it's asking me to log onto my bank account to verify it, when it's always been the bank account that ive been used with eBay
