Are the people who created the app the only people who can use it? I have never been able to figure out not only how to use it, but how to even set it up.

There is no explanation of what to do when you open the app on your phone.

After tapping, "Get Started" and then selecting the account, it says, "Add a code". Then, after tapping "Add a code", the next screen gives 2 options: "Scan a QR code" OR "enter a setup key"

That's it! Nothing else! Nothing saying where the QR code or setup key are located.

A web search is useless because it doesn't provide any information to get you from this screen into the next. It will lead you to Google support, where instructions regurgitate what the web search stated.

Interested in a DeWalt battery mower and can't find many reviews on the web. I'm curious about the grass cut quality, the effectiveness of bagging the clippings and the battery life.

I rarely mulch, so I am concerned about any mower's ability to pick up clippings and put them in the bag.

Also, does the grassbag mount the same way as the gas-powered models?

I have to wipe out the dirt and debris from the mount points on my gas-powered HRN-216 each time I empty the bag. It's an annoyance
