Ever since having an electric scooter I have been driving less and less .

I just enjoy it more and have found out areas where if driving I would have missed it like trails and such in more details.

Had an order for Starbucks for customer Jose . Went to go pick it up and the bag only says Jose .
Since you know these names are common I wanted to confirm with the staff if it’s for Jose so and so and this girl shook her head and guy staff gave me an attitude saying duh it’s right there .
Idk why some people can’t have a conversation without getting so easily irritated or antsy.
Also it was empty inside so they had no reason to
Be so cranky

Had to take my cat to the vet to get examed due to not feeling well and on top of that get her eyes checked due to pink eye.
The total came out to be 1,150 dollars .
Sucks cause I’m financially hurting right now .
I love cats but I don’t think I can afford anymore due to vet bills and also rise in food cost for pets

Almost got hit by a driver who intentionally tried to kill me.
He crossed into my lane and purposely floored the gas.
I was able to think fast and make a quick maneuver to get away by going in between two vehicles parked on the side of the street .
Note this was in a neighborhood as well.
I really wanted to follow this car to get his plate and confront him but realized it was too risky as people like this are not right in the head.
I unfortunately didn’t have my go pro on as the mount broke so had to get new ones shipped .
I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with some people. I feel some people shouldn’t be driving and have their license taken away.

What else can I do at this point? Am I at a loss ?

Just be aware if you buy from Hiley , if anything goes wrong from the start you are pretty much on your own.
Iv tried every method to contact them from email, to their website chat support to instagram .
I even sent them numerous videos of the sound and shakes it has when going up in speed but they brushed it off by saying it’s a brake issue when it’s not.
Sorry had to vent as it’s been a frustrating and annoying experience .
I wanted to buy more e scooter from them but sadly not anymore after this.

Iv been trying to get an issue resolved where the rear motor would make a loud humming sound whenever I go fast and the motor starts heating up it would shake a lot.
I reached out to Hiley about this and they shook it off by saying it was normal and nothing to worry about.
I even sent attached videos of how the whole stem and handle bar of the e scooter would shake and make loud humming sound as if the bearing is out.
Anyways they didn’t help me at all in the end and haven’t gotten any response back.
I just find it frustrating when you buy a somewhat decent brand above 1k dollar and it comes out of the box this way even if it has certificate of being checked and cleared.
Anyone else have bad experience with customer support ?

I’m in Southern California by the way living in my Tesla.
Seems like there are others also camped inside there car but are not friendly at all.

Anyone else notice a lot of speeders who don’t stop at the stop sign , blow through red light and tail gate the person in front aggressively.
Idk I’m in CA and people be driving fast as if they are also rushing to something

A crazy Spanish old lady in a white Honda civic tried to hit me ram to off the road today . This happened in a neighborhood area where the speed limit is 25 mph.
As she was passing she cussed at me and blew a stop sign while doing so.
Sadly I didn’t have any footage of any of this nor the license plate as it all happened to fast and no body cam on me .
But it was a narrow escape almost died to be honest at the speed she was going.
What is up with the people these days seriously what’s the rush and anger toward others I don’t understand .
But I highly suggest from my experience from today to invest in a good body cam .
