A long time ago the corporate overlords bestowed this accolade upon me.
Should I put on my resumé ?

Should I put on my resumé ?
Crowed pleaser. HOA triggering. And what heaven must smell like.
My 6942 was my dad’s and his dad’s before his - purchased 1959 at Serpico y Laino. Sadly was sold for parts for financial reasons, the dial alone got higher bids than the watch itself. Stupid decision, hoping to rebuild it or similar some day someday
Picanha, smoked at 225° pulled at 115° rested to 120° tip was sacrificed to the grill gods, they approved. Would eat as is but time for some flame on action.
When a tomato speaks to you, you pick it up and make BLTs. It’s the law.
Well, after 12 years and 5 different civics, time to make the grown up sensible decision to upgrade to a not at all thrilling, hybrid SUV. On the plus side, dogs love it and cargo space on this bad girl is… lemme tell you. I will walk myself out and pick up my white new balances at the door.
Kidding aside - feels more like a watch strap than the knit, which is good. The lack of elastic is actually comfortable, again, like a watch strap. The little hook and loop flap is a great addition. This thing is not flying open mid workout like hydro-knit. This should be a feature on all straps moving forward, minus the rugged look.
So far, feels better for everyday wear. And no, it does not have a sextant, so get a compass maybe ?
After a month with my Murph, I wasn’t digging the stock bracelet. Heavy, non tapered, the clasp finish. Uncle Straps makes several models including a Jubilee and this presidential or “Lincoln”. Much lighter, comfortable and the taper ? Chefs kiss. They have 38 and 42mm.
Otherwise, love this watch. On leather or nato. It looks so good.
