How do I handle custom order details in Shopify, do I have to click into every single order or is there a better way?
I have 100 + orders and I am spending way too much manual labour on just viewing order... Have people found a better way??

If yes, how do you do it? If no, have you ever wished you did?

Looking back at when you first started, curious what actually caught you off guard on the business/admin side of things.
Just wanted to know people's thoughts on it : )
I as a person have very scattered thoughts and my best ones come when I am out and about so I have a setup where i can basically note down everything on my phone in telegram and it appears on my notion boards. Super cool but I dont know if other people find this useful?
Did you just wing it with something like WhatsApp and Google Docs until you had enough clients to justify paying for a proper platform? Or did you jump straight into a tool like Paperbell?
Asking because I'm at that stage right now and everything feels like overkill for 2-3 clients.
Need a good platform for my 1:1 coaching. Those who have experience what are you using?
I'm finding it really hard to scale past 1:1 and wanted to hear from people who've done it. Was it building the content, finding the right platform, getting people to sign up, or something else?

Is there a platform that actually is built for freelancers first and not exploiting them?
Notion does literally everything which is awesome but also the bad part, your idea and structure are only has good as your imagination. That being said. Are there still things you wish notion had/did better?
Since upwork is getting worse and worse for freelancers then what would e the DREAM upwork?
Imagine the optimal dream scenario for upwork what would that look like?
The best parts of upwork without all the bad? What are they?
I manage bookings across 4 properties and built a small tool for myself that watches my booking calendar, auto-sends my cleaner the schedule, requires a done-confirmation, and auto-alerts a backup cleaner if there's no confirmation by a deadline.
Been working well so far. Curious if this is something other hosts would actually want too, or if most of you have this solved already?
