I have all the lenses I want for my street, hiking, travel, events and occasional photoshoots:

16-28mm f2.8

24-105mm f4

35/50mm f1.8

70-200mm f2.8 on the way.

Ideally I could do 2 lens combos like 24-105mm + 35mm f1.8 for travel, or 35mm f1.8 + 16-28mm for clubs.

But there is always that brain worm of "justincaseism". Adding the ultrawide shot to the photoshoot will be awesome, what if there is something awesome going on on the stage perfect for my telezoom...

How do you shut up your brain? :)

Hi guys.

What prime would you throw on a full frame mirrorless to carry around in EDC bag? Just to have camera handy if opportunity arises (drinks with friends, smartphone photoshoot on the street you want to join, interesting person on the metro, etc)?

I have zooms but too bulky and most of the time too dark to handle indoors.

24mm f1.8? 28mm f2.8? 35mm f1.8? 50mm f1.8?

Hi guys, wanted to bring your attention to Firemaple Petrel 300ml cup that I just got.

It's a perfect LIGHTER alternative to the Evernew FD400 cup (49g).

Exactly same capacity (400ml to the brim) so perfect for hot brew or single ramen soup or dehydrated meal.

35g with neoprene sleve, 30g bare. I was sceptic but I actually prefer it, FD400 when full would make my fingers hurt because of it's shape and leverage on the handles.

Metal so still ok to put on the stove.

I love "square" pots (diamater x height).

Fits perfectly aroud 100g gas can. With my brs300 and mini bic and half full can of fuel it's a 220g stove system.

And it's very reasonable on the wallet, I paid £10 (about $15) here in UK for it.

Highly recommended.

In my teen film days (Zenit ET) ISO 800 film was considered night time use only because of the grain.

Nikon d300 was hard to use at ISO 1600, similar my Nikon D40.

Currently on my Canin R6II I don't see grain until 12800 and I don't worry about noise until ISO 25k.

I just apreciate how good we have it.

My fav is SR25 for general use and Extranjeros BFG for long shots but I have access to most sniper rifles in the game. Which one works best for enemies behind cover?

Hi guys. My girlfriends battery gone flat and that's where we discovered physical keys don't work in the door. I managed to get under the bonnet to charge the battery and the car is working now including central locking but I need to sort out the lock.

Both keys go in easy and I already rinsed it with WD40, but the barrel does not spin. What can I expect? Do I need to replace the barrel? Can it be easily removed to clean and fix? Is it a common fault?

I'm lucky to shoot on R6II, and I have been showing photography to my partners daughter. I think it's time for her own camera.

How much performance and quality of life would she loose if I bought her R50 or R10? Or maybe the original R?

I try to get my pics good enough in the camera with JPG but I do shoot RAW in case one of my JPG settings is very off. Is the in camera "High ISO NR" any different that Canons DPP setting on a computer?

How high do I upgrade my sniper to one shot elites?

I'm on Canon R6. Which lens qould you recommend for cosplay event? It will be in a warehouse lasting all day to late afternoon with probably mostly artificial lighting. What focal lenghts will be good? And what minimum F number would be good? Never been so no idea how crowded it will be...

i don't travel with my laptop much but I do take it on longer holidays and to game at my friend place. Would you bitlocker your drives?

Gaming laptop with 5070ti.

Open world first person games.

Laptop monitor 240hz, external monitor 165hz.

2k ultra settings give me 100-150fps in games i play. Would it be better to leave it uncapped to make GPU work at max all the time, or cap it to say 120fps? More better or stable numbers better?

Apparently this is going on sale today, I intend to grab it a soon as possible as it will be a god send so I can leave the 400w brick at m desk.
