So my budget is about 300 for a good standing desk that is large (at least 70 inches) and I was originally planning on getting one from Amazon, but after doing some research, I realized that they will probably suck because they come in 3 pieces, they can’t hold that much weight and and they don’t go too low.

So I found this one on Facebook marketplace. It goes super low and super high too. There’s also no tax. We agreed to do 325$ cash.

So yea is 325$ a good price for a Fully Jarvis 30 x 72 standing desk?

Looking for a quality screen protector for the 16 pro that doesn’t feel cheap. My budget is around 10-15$

Took my 16 pro outside caseless for the first time (I usually use it caseless inside only).

Basically, a fly flew into my face which caused me to jerk suddenly, but my pockets were loose so my phone fell out of my pocket onto the cement.

I’m really happy I didn’t crack the screen, though, because that would be a lot more expensive!!

Also I had a question, where could I find a good quality back glass replacement?? I’m planning to do it my self.

I googled how to get rust off screws and it said white vinegar. Could I achieve similar results with normal vinegar?? I also heard you can use Coca Cola, which I could get next time I’m at a store.

So at first I thought whenever there’s a red blinking light on my esc it means the battery is dead. But later I found out that that’s if it’s a slow blinking light, but mine is fast.

So why does it keep overheating? Should I buy a new esc? Or some cooling for it? Is it normal to overheat after about 5 minutes of rough use?

So I bought a slash 4x4 vxl about a week ago from Facebook marketplace, and at first, the battery lasted pretty long. About 20 minutes of normal use. It also charged pretty long (up to and hour).

I used it about 10 times from full to dead (so about 20 cycles for the battery), and recently the weather also got pretty hot (heat is bad for batteries). But it was also raining pretty hard yesterday, and drove it in the rain.

Anyways, today I noticed that the battery lasts really short. Literally only 5 minutes of normal usage. I hit nowhere near top speed. Just ride it in the grass and drift a bit.

Then it charges for only like 20 minutes from empty to full.

So any idea why this is happening? Obviously the hot weather is bad for it, but surely after riding it 3 times in the sun it will cook my battery?

In the USA, the cheapest I saw them go was about 2.30$, but here in Czechia, they are on sale for only 33 CZK (1.59$ USD). They are on sale, but normally they are like 40czk

So literally 4 days ago I got a traxxas slash 4x4 from Facebook marketplace. The seller was nice and let me test it, and had good reviews so I doubt he sold me an already defective one.

On day 1 I drove it, and hit a small jump. Then I noticed one of the wheels fell off! I thought it would be an easy fix, just screw it back on, but no. The whole axel got messed up, so I had to get a new one.

It took me like 3 hours to fix that, but after I did, I drove it for the second time.

I tried climbing up some stairs, but the first stair was high, so I tried doing a burnout into it to climb it. But during the burnout, the tires didn’t spin, so basically what happened was the motor was doing full throttle, but the tires wouldn’t spin because they gripped to the cement.

That caused a stripped spur gear.

I had to go to a store and get a new one which took like 2 days.

And lastly today, I wanted to test the speed, so I hit like 40mph on it (max is 60), but shortly after, the whole rear left wheel just snapped off.

So is the traxxas slash 4x4 vxl really this weak?? Or is it just my car? First time owning a rc car btw.

So I stripped my old spur gear, so I went to the store to get a new one, turns out that I bought a slightly different one that’s bigger and has a different shape. will it still work with the new one?

So I tried to drive my traxxas slash 4x4 vxl up some stairs, but I guess the first one was too high, so I did I burnout into it, but the wheels didnt spin because they gripped the cement.

As you can see from the video, the motor is running but the wheels don’t really move.

Is this an easy fix - just need to replace a gear in the motor?

Or should I just get a brand new motor?
