Which GZCL program should I run?

I have been weightlifting for about 5-6 years. I am currently bulking right now and I am trying to put on more strength and size. right now, I can bench 250, OHP 150, squat around 280-285, and deadlift around 360. I have thought about using the GZCLP program but I am hearing that this program is more more novice lifters. I have also heard that it is a good program for people who are getting into the early intermediate phase. If this is not the best GZCL program for me to run based on my numbers then which program do you reccomend that I should try out instead?

How can I know my worth as a person?

I am 24M. I feel like most people who know me personally think that I am very smart, very kind, very taleneted, and very committed. They tell that I am very hardworking and they tell me that they think I have a lot of potential and so much to offer the world. The problem is that I never feel like I am enough. I never feel as smart as some people think I am. I always feel like I am a person who lacks substance. I also ever feel like I am talented enough, or good enough. I am sky and I feel like I have low self-esteem even though most people I know would be confused that I feel that way about myself. I am always doubting myslef and what I have to offer to other people. My question why do people see all of these great qualities in me except for myself? How can I learn my worth as a person? How can I see these traits that people see in me that I am struggling to see within myself.

How fast should I gain weight during my lean bulk?

I have been going to the gym for a while now. In March I finished my bulk but I think I went too fast. I went at a rate of one pound a week, which led me to gain more body fat than desired. I am almost done with my cut. I cut down from 180lbs and I want to get down to 165lbs by the end of June. I am currently at around 167lbs. After I finish my cut, my plan was to bulk up to the 185lbs. My plan was to go at a pace of 0.5lb a week. (two pounds a month). So, essentially gain twenty pounds over the course of ten months. I have been hearing conflicting things about this, and that this would be a more appropriate rate of weight gain for beginner lifters.

Right now, I can currently bench 250lbs, and I can almost squat 315lbs and deadlift 405lbs. I feel like this puts me at a more intermediate level. Should I take my lean bulk at a slower rate than what I initally planned or am I overthinking this? I am 23M and I am 5'9". When I bulk up again I really want to do it the right way this time and avoid putting on too much body fat. At what rate do you reccomend that I gain weight during my lean bulk?

How can I M23 tell if I guy that I asked out M22 friendzone me or is still interested in me?

So, I am M23 graduated college in december with a film degree. For my last semester I was the producer of a film project for one of my film classes. Basically I met one of our actors on set, and we hit it off really well. I'll call him Daniel for privacy reasons. Towards the end of the semester the director of our short film hosted a party to celebrate the end of the semester at his house. Daniel was there and we basically spent the entire time talking to eachother. It was after this moment that I realized that I liked him but, I wasn't completley certain that he was into guys. I did feel like however, that he was definitley interested in me, and that there was a connection. I have autsim and sometimes I can easily misinterpret social situations. I later found out that he was. Basically we were talking as just friends a couple of months after I graduated. About three months ago I finall worked up the courage to ask him out. This is what he said.

"Ugh we should've had this conversation earlier smh but I just started talking to a guy not too long ago but, I am very flatttered and glad to see that some feeling was mutual, if only I had it in me to ask you this earlier this year."

Now, the thing is that I have asked people for adivce on this and I've heard that he rejected me and that this isn't a rejection and just one of those moments where the timing isn't right. I feel conflcited about what to feel because I've heard that if somebody says they're talking to somebody else when you ask them out than that's a form of rejection and a soft way of saying no; it basically means that person views you as a backup option. Daniel also told me that he wants to hangout with me during the summer, which was purely his idea after I asked him out.

Basically I am having toruble figuring out if I have been friendzoned or if he really does have mutual feelings for me. A thoght occured that when he told me he has mutual feelings that he didn't mean it. He might have only told me that because he thought he might have hurt my feelings if he were honest. After I asked him out he stopped responding to my messages for a short while and just left me on delivered. This led me to beleive that he was avoiding me because of this person he was talking to and wanted me to take the hint. Lately though he's been responding more to my messages. I sometimes also post gym selfies/videos y my instagram stories. I recently posted a shirtless selfie of me flexing my back, and he liked it. I feel like I am getting mixed signals. I am not sure what to think. He also hasn't mentioned anything to me about hanging out this summer yet. I feel like I need to talk to him but, at the same time I don't know if the asnwer to my question has already been answered for me.

TL;DR: I am a gay man who met another guy at a party during my last semester of college and I asked him out three months ago. I am having a hard time figuring out if he rejected me/friendzoned me. He told me that he does have mutual feelings for me , but I am having a difficult time figuring out if he meant it, or if he just told me that because he didn't want to hurt my feelings. Over the part couple of months he hasn't been respnding to my messages which led me to think he was avoiding me but, now he has been respidning more frequently again. Now, I feel like I am getting mixed signals. I don't know how to interpret the situation.

How do you feel about my content creation ideas?

So, I have been thinking about starting a youtube channel or possibly do content creation on instagram. I can't decide if I want to do long form or more short form content. I am somebody who has gotten very interested in the gym and fitness. I also have a lot of artistic interests. I love to write fiction and to read, I am also very interested in music, and I play the violin, and I have thought about getting into music composition. I have basically been thinking of ways where I can combine all these interests together for my content.

I did have one idea, where I could do videos of footage of me working out, while also talking about a few movies I watched recently, and reviewing them. I've also considered doing this idea but also with book reviews. The thing is my instincts feel conflcited. On one hand I feel like people who are into the gym and working out don't care about what I think about the movies I watch or the books I read, while people who are interested in film do not want to watch footage of me working out. On the other hand, I feel like people might think this is refreshing, because they might find it interesting to watch somebody who is interested in fitness while also talking about their artistic interests.

I know that I need to just do it if I want to do it. How do you overcome this anxiety? think part of this is having anxiety about posting my content. Do you think I should make a separate account for my film or book reviews?

Where should I start with content creation?

I am 23M and I have thought about getting into content creation but I do not know where I should start. To rephrase this I know that to do content creation I need to start but I don't know what I should start with or do with my content creation.

I am somebody who goes to the gym a lot and I have developed a deep interest and passion for fitness and I have thought about being some kind of fitness influencer. I already have a personal account and I sometimes post gym selfies and fitness related things to my instagram stories, should I however make a separate account if I decide to post fitness content. I have thought about getting into modeling and combining modeling and fitness together.

On the other hand I am also somebody who is passionate about the arts. I have been playing musical instruments since I was seven years old. During my time in college I earned a bachelor's degree in film with a minor in creative writing. I also love to write stories and I have been writing a book since I was in high school, and that has currently been my main focus. I feel like however, if I want to get into content creation I should pick a niche and stick with it, unless there is a way I could somehow combine all of these things. Since I like film I have thought about starting a channel where I post movie or book reviews. I am having a hard time deciding however, what I should start with. What would you suggest to me?
