Problem with people is they are lethargic to change.
The lady in the video is criticizing the move to have a centralized kitchen to serve midday meals in Kolkata. Every other major city has this centralized model, as it is efficient and ensures a single point of accountability for quality checks. Eggs are also included now, which was the major point of criticism before, which is now resolved.
If food is bad you can point out a single entity instead of hundred headless people. Current scattered setup has repeatedly led to hygiene issues and inconsistent food quality.
People are so lethargic to change, it's unbelievable.
