I just think they’re a really fun superhero team with a fun and unique concept, with them being four pre-teen superheroes who have their own unique powers while also being siblings. And I think their designs are really nice as well, with them all having similar yet distinct suits and each having their own unique looks and personalities as well. And I think it would be nice to see them get some more love, especially outside of comics since they only really have a crappy 90s pilot and some VERY small cameos and mentions. No movie appearances, no major TV appearances, no game appearances. I just think they’re really cool and I think it would be nice to see them show up again in say an animated series or a movie or even in a video game.

The art shown is specifically art made by Gurihiru for the All Ages Power Pack run in the 2000s, which I think are the best look for the characters personally.

This was inspired by a post made u/Midnight-Basilisk99 detailing some transformers crossovers they’d like to see happen. I really like that post, and I thought I’d share some stuff I think would be really cool crossover/collaborative figures.

1: The Polar Express. I would kill to see a Polar Express transformer, since I a lot of nostalgia for the Polar Express film, and I’m a big fan of trains. Plus I think the Polar Express would make a really cool transformer with how big and industrial it looks, and it would be cool to see a fully dedicated steam locomotive transformer.

2: The Fantasticar from Fantastic Four. More specifically the Fantasticar from Fantastic Four: First Steps. It would be cool to see a transformers figure with a really cool retro-futuristic alt mode.

3: the Peace-Cycle from Peacemaker (specifically Peacemaker Season 2). I just think it would make a really cool bikeformer.

4: Kaneda’s Bike from Akira. This is a pretty obvious one to pick, but I think this would make such a cool transformer. I can definitely picture it’s robot mode having a biker style look.

And lastly, 5: the Great Leonopteryx from Avatar. Never been a big fan of Avatar, but i do like the alien creature designs for the life on Pandora, and the Great Leonopteryx looks so cool. And I think it would be cool to get a beastformer with such a truly alien looking beast mode.

Honorable Mentions 1 and 2: the Mach 5 (Speed Racer) and the Grave Digger. I’ve always wanted transformers of the Mach 5 and the Grave Digger since i thought those would be so cool, and I grew up on the 2008 speed racer film as well. The reason why they are both honorable mentions is that we are getting them both, the Grave Digger transformer is coming out later this year and has been revealed already, and we recently got listings for a Speed Racer transformer as well.

Honorable Mention 3: Olton Hall, AKA Hogwarts Castle. I’ve never been a fan of Harry Potter, and I do NOT wanna support it’s awful creator and her awful views (hence why the Hogwarts Castle an honorable mention and not on the main list), but like I said with the Polar Express, I love trains and I think this would make a cool transformer, especially since it’s a British design, which would be really unique to see.

Also C.C is one of my personal comfort characters, thought i should say that as well.

This is a beast wars idea I came up with awhile ago, basically what if there was a team of predacons, who turned into invasive animals. Animals who do genuine harm to ecosystems they do not belong in. Like feral hogs/wild hogs, feral cats, feral dogs, rats and mice, foxes, rabbits, Burmese pythons (which are invasive in the Florida Everglades) and Lionfish. I think it would be a fun fitting idea. And you could make their respective Maximals turn into extinct or endangered animals.

What do you guys think of this idea? Just curious, that’s all.

Just sharing this here since I think Absolute Metallo looks really cool, and I think it would be cool to see it in live action.

Here’s the 2nd cut/scrapped Transformers character I’ve designed for this series I’m doing of designing/redesigning cut of scrapped transformers characters. This time it’s another 86 Movie First Draft character, Chemico. For his design I already had the alt mode in mind for him, a Peterbilt Tanker Truck (shown in image 3), and i thought it would be fun to give him a more Euro-G1 vibe with the Clench-style radiator mouth and the abundance of neon green to go along with the grey, black and dark blue. Plus also taking cues from ROTF Mixmaster with the tank becoming armor in robot mode.

As for his personality, since he never really had a personality in the first draft outside of creating a smokescreen to let the Autobots get away from the Decepticons, he’s pretty much a blank slate. I thought it would be fun to make him an environmentalist and ecologist, someone who studies Earth’s environment and ecosystems and is absolutely in love with it, and when he’s not using his chemical abilities to fight Decepticons, he’s using it to help the environment like fertilizing soil, purifying water, and removing deadly chemicals or toxins. I’d imagine he would be pretty good buddies with Beachcomber as well.

My boy deserves a lot more love. He’s much cooler in my opinion. Plus he isn’t a vanilla catch-all character like bumblebee is nowadays.

This is the first character I’ve done as part of a series I’m doing where I design (or redesign) cut or scrapped transformers characters, usually from the First Draft of the 86 Movie, as well as the CBS pilot, and some other cut or scrapped characters to fill out the roster. This is the first cut/scrapped character I’ve designed, the Autobot Train Snake himself, Autobot Rails, from the 1st draft of the 86 Movie. For his design, i based him off a pre-existing Autobot train, that being the Tyco Transformers Electric Train and Battle Set, with some changes such as making the freight consist bigger and changing the Plymouth Switcher to a larger Switcher locomotive, an ALCO RS-1 to be specific. I think basing Rails on the Tyco Battle Train is a good idea, I mean he doesn’t have an official design, so why not make him the already pre-existing official Autobot Train just sitting there not being used for anything or really doing anything.

I’m really happy with how his design turned out, the color scheme with the different shades of grey with black and red mixed in, the unique design of his head with the split front end and the 4 yellow eyes, I’m really happy with my design for Rails. As for my characterization for him, I’d make him a bot who’s an absolute beast in battle, plowing through Decepticons with his size, strength and firepower, and being one of the fiercest autobots in battle. But off the battlefield, he’s a lovable yet quiet gentle giant, who doesn’t want to frighten anyone and tries to make himself look as non-threatening as possible, and he’s perfectly happy with his job as the Autobots’ transport, hauling energon or troops or anything else he’s tasked to pull. He can also speak, but he’s rather quiet and doesn’t really like to talk that much, and mostly keeps to himself when he’s not transporting stuff or smashing through Cons.
