Alternate Curry Lighthouse (Biddeford, ME)
Wouldn't it be crazy if Anmesty Bay was in Maine instead of Mass?? There are a multitude of locations that would work. *This* one specifically I photographed just this afternoon while on a coastal nature walk.
Favourite Animated Film Looks for the JL & Why
A. Superman: *Superman/SHAZAM!: The Return of Black Adam;* he reminds me of my favourite Live-Action Superman, Brandon Routh

B. Aquaman: Tie between *Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths;* there wasn't a great deal of time for him in the first one but he looks like he popped out of the Peter David run pre-hook (and appears to be an animated Alan Richardson)

C. Wonder Woman: *Superman & Batman: Apocalypse;* this is THE MOST comic-accurate look I've ever seen for her!!

D. Batman: Tie between *Batman: Under the Red Hood* and *Superman & Batman: Apocalypse;* the first carried in that veteran status that the character was associated with at the time, and the second was a darker look that seemed like rotoscoping (and Henry Cavill)

E. Hal Jordan: *Justice League: The New Frontier;* a grassroots appearance that screamed "I am here, let's have fun"

F. J'onn: same as Hal, same reason

G. Hawkman: *Superman & Batman: Public Enemies;* this one screams the Bronze Age.....tech and otherwise

H. John Stewart: *DCAMU;* keeping it real, keeping it simple, keeping it Fresh

I. Cyborg: *Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox;* bro's the size of the Hulk, voiced by Michael B. Jordan, and is one of the most advanced variants

J. Hawkwoman: *Green Lantern: Beware My Power;* again, Bronze Age, it's impressive

K. SHAZAM!: *Superman/SHAZAM!: The Return of Black Adam;* built, bulky, and rocking the last sweet Post-Crisis outfit Pre-Flashpoint, this MF is the King of Swing!!

James Gunn's DC UNIVERSE BATMAN
I've been fancasting him as the Dark Knight since I first saw him as Agent August Walker in \*Mission: Impossible - Fallout; The Man from U.N.C.L.E.\* only solidified this.
Give me YOUR FAVORITE fictional characters in media starting with the letter A!
PARAMOUNT ODYSSEY: The Long-Awaited Answer to Disney Infinity
Some of us know Disney Infinity, the short-lived and one-of-a-kind bring-toys-to-life sandbox game, mixing Skylanders with Minecraft. It spanned roughly three and a half years with two sequels, with various degrees of success.
With the recent acquirement of WB, there's a golden gaming opportunity to take advantage of here.....

The sandbox dynamic that has already existed with Disney Infinity in the past would make a reappearance here, but the tools utilized for this would be reskinned for the purpose of more appropriately fitting in with this new layout. The aforementioned tools would be Batman's universal tool, a 24th Century Starfleet tricorder, Jake's flashlight, etc. Weapons everyone would be able to wield include batarangs, Amazonian blades, Atlantean plasmabolts, phasers, bak'leths, a variety of mallets and other accoutrements used by Bugs Bunny originally, etc. Certain weapons and tools would be character specific, of course, such as Diana's God-Killer Blade and Golden Lasso The Perfect, Guy's power ring, and Lt. Commander Worf's Bak'leth.
Locations to be visited both in collectable physical campaigns and Free-Rome would include Themyscira, Atlantis, the Batcave, Jake's Treehouse, Bugs' rabbit hole in the desert, and the interiors of the Enterprise-D as seen in Future Imperfect and the Voyager. Collectable vehicles would include a variety of Batmobiles (the primary listed in the above photo), Bane's Tumblers, Diana's Invisijet, the Delta Flyer.
The aforementioned campaigns would primarily be adaptations of source material, such as for the DC characters; on the Star Trek side of things, they would most likely be retellings of specific episodes of Voyager and a retelling of Star Trek: Insurrection (one of the sequences in which you as the player would have to fly the Enterprise-D, now in its Dreadnought-Class status).
Later rosters on the DC end would include the Justice League Detroit, including the Martian Manhunter, Zatanna, Elongated Man, Vibe, Vixen, Gypsy, etc; for The Looney Tunes Show, additions would include Wille E. Coyote, Sylvester, Foghorn Leghorn, Yosemite Sam, etc.
Alternate Cereal Box
In honour of the first anniversary of my favourite MCU entry aside from Captain America: The Winter Soldier and The Incredible Hulk, I have to ask:
Does anyone know if there's an alternate box with the top "torn" to reveal the title Marvel's The New Avengers?? Can't seem to find one of this image with the top "torn," and I have no clue as to why. You'd think the marketing team would have simply had the tops "torn" off of all images and merchandize to increase sales and revenue; but apparently, some of them, such as this one, just don't. I very much hope that I'm grievously mistaken bout this.
JUSTICE LEAGUE DETROIT

This is my personal favourite rendition of the JL to currently exist (second only to Wonder Woman's JLA in the early 90s).
I've always been in support of unorthodox (or perhaps "unexpected" is more appropriate) matchups in blockbuster superteams of this high a Calibur. The fact that we have Arthur in a position of leadership is in direct violation of the whole *"*Fishy Talk Dude is a Joke" meme that The Boys went berserk on with the Deep. J'onn and Zatanna's relationship was fun (I still ship them), and everyone else is extremely well written and surprisingly relevant. Even in the political sphere, this group is relevant, especially when the writers made the bold decision to have one of their first ventures being rescuing Superman, Wonder Woman, and Barry Allen from the Soviet Union. I don't seem to recall the mainstream continuity discussing the Cold War all that much (this was reserved for Frank Miller's Batman: Hunt the Dark Knight).
I ought to also point out that ALL of this team up becoming prominent figures in The CW's Arrowverse, which is no coincidence since the Bronze Age gave the narratives that were utilized for most of the series (plural). Not certain how this will work out in James Gunn's DC Universe, since the Vibe is just a mural in the Hall of Justice in James Gunn's SUPERMAN, but one can see that some of the older looks will make a comeback.
AQUAMAN/GREEN ARROW: NOT JUST DEEP TARGETS
Image courtesy DC (DC UNIVERSE REBIRTH 2017/DC SHOWCASE 2010)
IK we had a crossover with these two around three years ago titled Aquaman/Green Arrow: Deep Target, which was phenomenally written and really fun; but the fact that we never had them team up in the mainstream prior to that one Season 02 episode of Batman: The Brave & The Bold still irritates me. At this point, unless there's another continuity reboot coming or James Gunn incorporates it OR BOTH (cause the plan is for his universe to become the mainstream), IDK if we'll get another team-up with these two.
If I were involved with DC back when the Rebirth was still ongoing, I would have had the two of them team-up almost indefinitely and combine their runs till the continuity reset. A hot take?? Might be.....let me know
WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN
Regarding Marvel Studios' Deadpool & Wolverine, I think it was SUCH a missed opportunity to not have Dafne Keen wearing this specific outfit on screen; narratively, this would have worked. There's a chance that we could see this outfit (or a variation thereof) worn by Keen or perhaps if she's introduced in X-MEN '97, but still...
FUTURE IMPERFECT

Does anyone know where I can find an image of this Main Bridge of the ENTERPRISE-D without anyone at their stations?? I've checked DeviantArt, Wiki, etc., and I'm still incapable for finding one. I ought to clarify that this is for the purpose of my DC UNIVERSE REBIRTH fanfic novel series BRUCE BRIEN'S STAR TREK: ENDURANCE - JLA.
Sidenote: This is my personal favourite Main Bridge of the ENTERPRISE-D. IDK if that's a hotter take than the GENERATIONS Main Bridge; but just thought I'd throw that out there, in case someone decides to crucify me in the comments.
Who believes that Laura Kinney/X-23 is the better Wolverine?
My Ideal Line-Up for the Avengers
I have a very unorthodox take on the team, while at the same time maintaining a certain status quo for certain members. The primary thing I change is with regard to relationships and leadership status. The group, based on that, more or less resembles the Pet Avengers.
Members are as follows:
Thor (leader)
Danny Rand/*Iron Fist*
Jessica Drew-Rand/*Spider-Woman*
Thunderbolt Ross/*Red Hulk*
Jenn Walters/*She-Hulk*
Luke Cage/*Power Man*
Jessica Jones-Cage/*Jewel*
Logan J. Howlett/*Wolverine*
Ororo Munroe-Howlett/*Storm*
Hank McCoy/*Beast*
