Hi! I had braces from around 2020 to 2025 and after my treatment, I wore Hawley retainers as instructed. Kaso eto na po, I lost my retainers around December last year and haven’t been wearing any since then. Lately, I noticed po na parang nagmove na naman teeth ko, like di naman po super drastic change pero noticeable sya for me. Need ko po kaya magpabraces ulit, or just have new retainers made?
