We still need 18L to complete construction of our house, we already have a debt of 13L

We are planning to sell a land worth 60L after a year to clear loans and debts

My salary is 8LPA IT employee 1YOE, Im planning to get a personal loan of 18L and pre close after 1 year once we get a good deal for land

Or should we go for mortgage loan on that land

I cannot take homeloan because it's on my brother's name, he is unemployed

Please suggest how to proceed

1. If person loan suggest best banks, and offers, precautions

2. If mortgage loan, can I sell it while its under mortgage, does buyer show interest if its mortgaged

doing WFH since 1.5 years in a town on banks of godavari river, I like to live with this fresh air, swimming, farming on weekends with parents, good WLB, no micromanagement, im liking my life but this feels like comfort zone, the financial growth is worrying me, increments are only 2%

should I move or plan long term career remote career in this org only because I see some of my colleagues are working remotely since covid and not moving out

Our client has cut the budget, my manager convinced them to require me on team until the next release at the end of next month. Manager said he will convince the client after the release to extend further.

But I suspect i will be offboarded in mid September Because there is db migration after this release until December, and there won't be much work for our team and the budget cut news

Is this the sign that i will be removed irrespective of how hard I work for this release to happen ??

Should I give some medical reasons and take a 2 week vacation to upskill instead of working, if i do this i will definitely be offboarded after release

Or work hard and prove team dependency on me for release to happen and expect Manager to extend me on project as market is bad

mostly will be layoff after a month on bench if offboarded after the release
