What is the best low profile gpu I can get for 50 usd?

I am looking to do an ultra budget sff pc build, but pretty much any low profile gpu is ridiculously expensive. As far as I know, the best gpu I can get for $50 would be a gt 1030. Are there any better ones out there that I missed?

Can you use molex to sata for a disk drive?

I have seen a lot of posts saying that molex to sata can be a bad idea, but they are all talking about storage drives. Would molex to sata work fine for a cd/dvd drive?

I need help finding an old flash game.

When I was a kid, I played a 2d top down demolition derby game a few times on my grandma's pc. I do not remember the name at all. In it, you just destroyed other cars in an arena and upgraded your car after. There was not much beyond that, but I remember having fun with it. I most likely played it any time between 2012 and 2016, and if it helps, the website I found it on was kizi.com.

I am unable to activate unraid.

I am attempting to install unraid for the first time, and I have gotten to the point where I need to use my web browser to activate it. The guide I am following told me to type the ip address into google, but that just loads a bit and then says that there is a typo. I also tried typing in https ://myservername.local, and that gave me the same result. I have tried both of these on two different installs each on a different brand new usb drive. How can I fix this?

Edit:

I am trying to install 7.3.2 if that matters at all.

Are Dynamic Friction brake parts good?

I am currently fixing up a 1952 Plymouth Cambridge, and the only thing I need to do to get it working is replace the wheel cylinders. For the front ones, Rock Auto has two different brands, Dynamic Friction and Dorman. The Dorman ones are $24, and the Dynamic Friction ones are $14. I would like to get the cheaper ones, but the $10 price difference concerns me a bit. Should I get the Dynamic Friction wheel cylinders, or is it too sketchy at that price?

How to recover desktop stortcuts

Recently, I was messing around with an old pc that I do not use as my regular one, and somehow, the desktop icons from my regular pc got transferred to the older one. I did not think much of it and just deleted all of the icons because they were taking up a lot of space, but I just logged onto my regular pc and now most of my desktop icons are gone. It is not a very big deal because I can just make new ones, but that would be very tedious to do, so I was wondering if there is a way to recover all of them. I already looked in the recycle bin and there is nothing.

Need a good budget pcie wifi/Ethernet card

I recently built a server pc with some random junk I had lying around, and I need to get a new pcie wifi card because the only ones I currently have are extremely outdated. I would like to get one that has both wifi and Ethernet, but I did some research, and the cards that I found were wifi only. If I have to get two separate cards, it is not that big of a deal, but I do want to conserve as many pcie slots as I can. Does anybody have any suggestions for what I should look into?

Unable to make drive with one large partition

I have a 1tb sata ssd that I just installed into my new pc. The drive was working perfectly when I last used it a couple months ago, but I looked at it in disk management after installing it, and there were two main partitions that were each about half the drive. I tried deleting both the partitions and making one big one, but I was unable to. No matter what I try, the most I can do is create two separate volumes, but I just want one larger one. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Rx 6800 xt cooling failure

I was scrolling around on eBay and saw an Rx 6800 xt for about $120. The listing description says that the card worked for a few years and then would not display anything, but got very hot. I am fairly sure that it is a cooling failure because one of the pictures on the listing shows the card heatsink off, and the thermal paste looks somewhat crusty. My question is, if that is the case, would the lack of display out be caused by damage to the gpu itself, or is the gpu shutting itself down to prevent damage?

Looking for a high refresh rate 1080p monitor for around $200-$250

I am looking to buy a new monitor, but I am not too sure about what to get. My current monitor is 1080p 60hz 24 inch. I do want to stick with 1080p, but I would like to get something with as high refresh rate as possible. My budget is $200-$250. Does anybody have any good suggestions?

What should I do with a bunch of gtx 550 ti gpus?

This is kind of a joke, and kind of serious, but I have, through several foolish financial decisions, come into possession of 10 total 550 tis, with 6 of them being the same model from evga with a few other brands mixed in. I already have plans for a couple of them, but I have no clue what to do with the rest. I am open to any and all suggestions.

Upgrading from a gtx 1080 ti

My friend has asked me for help upgrading his pc. He currently has a ryzen 5 5600x, 16 gigs of ram, and a gtx 1080 ti that he wants to replace with something new because he has been having issues with it. He would like something with at least 12 gigs of vram, so I have been looking into either an rtx 3060 12 gig or an Rx 6700 xt. They are both about the same price where I am, with the 6700 xt being slightly more. From what I have seen online, the 6700 xt is faster, but the 3060 gets dlss. Is dlss worth enough to get the 3060 over the 6700 xt?

Damaged rx 6700 xt for $190

I am looking to buy an rx 6700 xt, and while I was looking on ebay, I saw one for $190 because the fan shroud was damaged a heat pipe was dented. The seller is saying it is untested, but if the gpu itself works, is this a good deal? I think I could fix the fans, but I am a bit wary about the heat pipe potentially causing issues.

Estart center app still on pc even after uninstalling

About a week ago, I installed crystaldiskinfo, and it automatically installed some app called estart center. I wanted to delete it, but even after uninstalling the app and removing all files I could find that were related to it, it is giving me popups every so often. I even tried uninstalling crystaldiskinfo to see if that would get rid of it. Does anybody know how I can get rid of this for good?

Can't find exact replacement capacitor.

I had a capacitor on a pc motherboard that I bought fall off and when I looked online for a new one, I could not find one with the exact values. The first pic is of the original capacitor, and the second is the closest match I found online. Are the values similar enough to be interchangeable, or would it not work?

What is a good hdd stress testing software?

I recently got a 3tb western digital hdd off of ebay for 20 dollars because the seller said that it would pass a smart test, but it would fail after a few hours of use. I downloaded the western digital hdd testing software and the hdd passed both of the quick tests, and I am in the process of running the extended self test right now. If that does not detect any issues, I would like to run a stress test on it, but I do not know what the best software would be. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I am pretty new to the hobby, but I thought I would try my hand at repairing a cheap steam locomotive that I got on ebay. I figured out that the motor is fine, but the front and back wheels are seized. The center ones are fine. This would not be too big of a deal, but there is no removable panel on the top or bottom of the wheel assembly. It is just one piece of metal with the axles pushed through. I tried to take a wheel off, but it would not budge. Any suggestions on how to get this unstuck?
