Paid 29.5k , No refund , No refund. All misleading leading promises made. Beware of JOBAAJ.

Be cautious about enrolling in Jobaaj's IB course. In my experience, it wasn't worth the investment, and I didn't receive the value I expected. They also did not provide a refund. Make sure you do your research before signing up.

They claim to provide 7 - 14 LPA job at IB , in top MNC , for fresher with 100% garuntee. No one is placed from there firm. Setup is very shady.

They could not even schedule one interview with MNC.

WASTE OF MONEY.

I have paid 29.5k , no refund , no support , no job yet.

All misleading promises only.

I have paid 29.5k , no refund , no support.

It's a shady setup.

Jobaaj guarantees ₹7–14 LPA investment banking jobs for freshers. Based on my experience, the reality fell far short of those promises. They could not even schedule one interview in 5 months. They also search jobs from LINKEDIN, they do not have direct HR connections.

I regret joining the program and would not recommend it. Before enrolling, ask for independently verifiable placement data, speak to recent alumni, and read reviews from multiple sources instead of relying on marketing claims.

Beware of Jobaaj. Read All reviews and then consider.

My Experience

Before enrolling in Jobaaj, please do your own research.

I came across a large number of negative reviews where many people reported similar concerns, including very weak customer support, placement-related issues, and refund problems. Many reviewers mentioned that support was slow, unresponsive, or not helpful when they needed assistance. The number of similar complaints across different platforms is something I think prospective students should take seriously.

One thing that personally raises a red flag for me is the idea of paying money for a "guaranteed placement." Who pays extra for placement? If a company is truly confident in its training and industry connections, why would students need to pay separately for placement assistance? The "guaranteed placement" claim sounds questionable to me, so I'd encourage everyone to read the terms carefully and verify exactly what is being guaranteed.

Another concern is that Trustpilot has placed a public Consumer Warning on Jobaaj's profile and hidden its TrustScore. According to Trustpilot, Consumer Warnings are issued when a business is found to have misused the platform—for example, by posting or arranging fake positive reviews, using biased methods to collect positive reviews, or otherwise manipulating its review system.

Please don't rely only on the company's advertisements or testimonials. Read reviews on multiple independent platforms, compare alternatives, ask detailed questions before paying, and make an informed decision. I'm simply sharing my experience and the concerns I found during my research so others can make a well-informed choice.

Beware of Jobaaj. Read All reviews and then decide.

I do not have any personal grudge towrads Jobaaj’s. My sole concern is that my refund request has been denied based on a false allegation that I posted a negative review on Reddit, which I categorically deny.

They are flooded with negative reviews everywhere.

I request the company and any concerned authority to objectively review the public feedback available about Jobaaj on independent platforms such as Google, Reddit, Trustpilot, and other review forums. A significant observation is that many positive reviews appear to contain only 5-star ratings with little or no detailed explanation, whereas numerous negative reviews include detailed accounts of students’ experiences, concerns, and dissatisfaction.

Several students have independently raised similar concerns regarding the course experience, particularly around placement support. According to these reviews, many students expected direct HR connections, stronger placement assistance, or more interview opportunities, but felt that the support provided did not match their expectations.

Additionally, students have reported concerns about differences in course pricing, with similar courses allegedly being offered at varying prices ranging approximately from ₹15,000 to ₹45,000. This has led some students to question the transparency and consistency of the pricing structure.

When multiple independent students raise similar concerns across different platforms, those concerns deserve to be examined fairly and addressed transparently. It is unreasonable to assume that all negative feedback originates from a single individual.

Therefore, my refund request should be evaluated solely on the basis of my individual case, the representations made to me at the time of enrollment, and the services actually delivered, rather than on an unverified accusation regarding online reviews.

There are tons of negative review on this company.

Please check all review sites before enrolling.

Everyone have a similar complain.

Consumers have the right to share honest reviews and feedback about their experience with a course or service. A company should address genuine customer concerns and feedback in a fair and transparent manner rather than attempting to make refunds conditional upon the removal of negative reviews.

Additionally, it is concerning that Trustpilot has placed a warning on Jobaaj’s profile stating that the company’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of Trustpilot’s guidelines and that a number of fake reviews have been removed. This raises further concerns about the reliability and transparency of the online review profile.

Trustpilot generally issues such warnings when it believes a company has misused its review system, for example by:

Posting or arranging fake reviews

Using biased methods to collect positive reviews

Trying to manipulate the company’s reputation on the platform.

Beware of Jobaaj: Multiple students report refund issues, poor placement support and misleading promises. Watch All reviews sites.

https://www.reddit.com/r/JobScams/s/lFK9thgenM

I’m posting this so that students do proper research before paying Jobaaj. After reading various user experiences across Reddit and review platforms, recurring complaints include refund problems, weak placement assistance, poor communication after payment, and dissatisfaction with how job guarantees were explained. If you are considering joining, read the terms carefully, speak to previous students, and verify placement claims independently.

Customer reported paying around ₹25,000 for a course and later finding similar offers at much lower prices, leading to a feeling of being overcharged.

Multiple users online have reported negative experiences, including a lack of direct connections with HR professionals or recruiters, limited placement assistance, difficulty obtaining refunds, poor communication after payment, and concerns that the marketing promises did not match their actual experience.

When you ask for placement, they say that your profile does not match, we cannot help and all the excuses coming out.

The support is of no use after making payment.

When asked for refund they deny and accuse for giving a negative review. Consumers have the right to share honest reviews and feedback about their experience with a course or service. A company should address genuine customer concerns and feedback in a fair and transparent manner rather than attempting to make refunds conditional upon the removal of negative reviews.

Title: What’s wrong with Jobaaj? My experience with their placement promise.

Company is based out of Agra.

I purchased Jobaaj’s Investment Banking course, which was marketed with a placement commitment within 3 months. However, during those 3 months, they arranged only one proper interview.

After that, a senior executive contacted me and requested an additional 2 months, assuring me that if they were unable to provide a placement within that period, I would receive a full refund. I agreed to give them more time.

Now, those 2 months have also passed, and there has been no placement. When I asked for the refund that was promised, the situation took an unexpected turn.

They have been trying to cross-check in multiple ways whether I am the person who wrote a negative Reddit review about them. I want to make it clear: I do not operate behind fake accounts or hide my opinions. I had openly told them that if they failed to provide the promised placement or refund, I would share my experience and take appropriate steps.

I don't play behind the bush.

Please check Google reviews- reviews on reddit and also get in touch with students who are facing the same problem.

The reason they are blaming me appears to be that the concerns mentioned in that Reddit post are similar to the issues I raised with them. But think about it logically: a placement service has a very straightforward responsibility either provide the promised placement or honor the refund commitment. If many students are facing the same issue, it is natural that multiple complaints may have similar points.

They keep saying that the words and concerns I expressed to them are the same as those mentioned by the Reddit user, and therefore they believe it was me. However, similarity in complaints does not prove who wrote a particular post.

They are controlling so that negative reviews are not written everywhere. This is not how a company should run.

I am posting this to share my own experience and to understand whether others have faced similar issues with Jobaaj.
