Is there any way of removing frame cap for Rivals 1?
I have a 360hz oled I may as well use it 💀 so.. is there anyway to uncap? I know it doesn’t make a different to the game other than smoother refresh

The reviews on steam to suggest that Rivals of Aether 2 is not worth buying due to the game having so many players who are miles ahead of you to the point any new player is basically screwed for learning opportunities other than free elo for others. I would rather ask the community before hand whilst on the fence of the decision as I don’t want to make a rash judgement..
I come from Brawlhalla and would like a new fighter game due to burn out after playing Brawlhalla since 2014 and the game isn’t what it used to be. I don’t mind trying either Rivals 1 or 2, but want to know if it’s even worth it while on sale right now to try. Otherwise I’ll probably just go to combo devils and wait for that
Brawlhalla has become a huge money grab since Ubisoft took over and it takes way too long for updates and changes + the engine is really bad.. after over 10 years of playing and 16,000 hours, in recent years I’m growing tired and having longer breaks.
Was wondering what games someone could suggest to get into for something different, I’ve been following combo devils for a few weeks now and it seems really cool and interesting but it’s still in beta.. but was there any recommendations (apart from smash sorry I just don’t like Nintendo as a company) for fighting games?
Are there any mechanical spring powered exoskeleton suit boxing game? 🤨
(I used personal AI to make this on my own pc not using any data centres fyi)
But I think this is a really cool boxing game idea based on Megalobox, and wondering in recent times if there’s any games active like this?
It feels like boxing is very shoehorned with “boxing should be done this way, cause that way is wrong” whilst I understand there are general rules and techniques should be applied to the overall majority..
Ryan Garcia is an example doesn’t really keep his guard up that high after punches, nor does he have good defence when pressed backwards, honestly his footwork isn’t really that good yet despite this he’s an amazing boxer that’s been very successful.
David Benavidez is a very square on fighter that lets his guard down a lot after punches, doesn’t really move out of the way of punches and like Garcia has ok footwork.. yet his record of unbeatable still stands with 26 knockouts out of 32 fights..
You have so many weird amazing fighters that don’t fight like the “you need to do this” crowd. I think people should be trained individually and be taught to develop the style they like and learn to be successful in that area. Rather than if you don’t do this jab like I teach you then you need to quit boxing cause it’s wrong.
Over the course of the past 6 months I’ve written a Skins retrospective that is as far as I’m aware, is somewhere along the lines of about 3-4.5 hours roughly, I don’t particularly know if it’s something people would watch or care about but it would nice to know either way.
The retrospective covers in all the characters, the relationships and dynamics, the mental health issues / psychological analysis, things the show does so well, why it feels different to most, I even cover the parents relationships.. I’ve worked very hard on it and I’m proud but, now just comes the actual video making.
Skins has a special place in my heart and has done for years and I don’t think there’s been a show that has resonated with me so much with how real it all feels. I still can’t believe I am now 26 years old, I watched it when I was 13.. words cannot describe the impact on my childhood it had.
For context: I emptied all my shiny, glowing and starry ore before building it back up.. I have 2500 glowy ore which is enough for at least 4 big upgrades.. despite this I still haven’t even come close to accumulating even just 1 starry ore upgrade since, either buff starry ore.. OR make it cheaper to upgrade. By the way this is even with occasionally buying starry with raid medals every week and using the prospector once or twice.. (he’s useless the conversion rate is horrid..)
Why are we punished so damn hard for starry ore? I don’t understand. Given equipment is basically one of the biggest components on damage why should it be this hard to obtain?
I genuinely tried searching everywhere for this and I was surprised no one has thought about a crosshair that you can toggle on or off, that completely bypasses the need for the system to attempt to read what object you’re trying to go to.
BUT things to keep in mind and how I would optimise or make it work:
I have thought about this for a while, I don’t really know the downsides to adding something like this and or even trying it. I absolutely know it would be possible to implement, but I’m still surprised there has never been a mention of anything like this.

I went ahead and bought the P2 Kingrinder, that being said I do not like the plastic feel all that much and have heard peoples complaints about the bearing where the torque of the grinder goes has bent the metal (it’s a £35 grinder I know it’s not going to be perfect but still).
If I was to upgrade I know the K series is better in terms of build quality compared to P series but what one should I go for? I only make either French press, or Moka pots for my daily coffee.
K0, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6 or K7? The K7 was recommended to me, but I do not like the fact when gripped with your hands as you grind there’s a good chance the bottom coffee compartment will come loose due to a quarter turn magnet design.. which would frustrate me in the long run.
I’m curious to if anyone’s ever tried doing it, given the definitive parkour mod allows for insane creativity and expression I was curious to see if anyone’s attempted to expand the maps of AC1 through to Revelations etc adding more depth, beams, ledges, variations in height etc.
Whether someone has done it or not I do believe it would be pretty cool if someone could pull it off
