Endo symptoms?
Hi everyone!
I’m 25 F and have had issues with my period as long as I can remember.
I’ve had inconsistent periods all my life, I was on the depo shot for 3 years when I was 16-19 if i remember correctly, I get chronic like UTI symptoms, burning pee, uncomfortable bladder but it’ll only stay for a couple hours out of the day.
I’ve gotten put on antibiotics the symptoms never resolved itself. I tried cipro and that helped but only for about a month then they came back. My urine started smelling absolutely foul; despite drinking 4 L a day. I’ve had a cyst on my right ovary last year but since getting a repeat CT scan this year(without dye) it looks to be gone.
My period are absolutely unbearable, to the point I throw up, the cramps are so bad it feels like my pelvis/back and legs have been torched. I’ve had my urine tested and it came back with blood in urine every time on top of ecoli in it no matter what antibiotics it won’t go away.
I also want to add sexual intercourse at times causes immense pain that shoots through my bladder area and sometimes through my legs? I’m not sure how to explain it
I don’t know what else to do.
Could this be Endometriosis? how do you get a diagnosis?
I am thinking it could be PCOS or IC as well
Please let me know your thoughts, symptoms you had and how you got a diagnosis. Thank you!
Bathroom remodel
hi everyone! We just moved into our first home and I want to renovate the bathroom. The first picture is what the bathroom currently looks like, the second picture is the bathroom with a white vanity and the third picture is the bathroom with a brown vanity.
I was thinking of keeping the vanity that it has and just replacing the top with quartz or granite, and changing out the hardware.
But the brown vanity seen in the third picture is a free vanity from my mom I just have to refurnish it.
What do you think looks best?
Could all my symptoms be from gallbladder issues ?
25F So I’ve had what feels like heart attack symptoms for the last year, rapid heart rate randomly chest pain, fatigue, back pain nausea etc- The cardiologist suspects POTs and SVT because my “ panic attacks” reach over 200 BPM. But they’re still not 100% sure as they only seen one episode on my Holter monitor. For the past 4 years, my spleen has grown from 12 cm to now just over 16 cm. So my haematologist wanted me to get a CT scan w/o contrast, in the report it says “ Query mild sludge in gallbladder, Gallbladder is best evaluated with an ultrasound” and Mild Linear scarring in left lung.
obviously, I’m going to follow up and get an ultrasound, but could sludge in my gallbladder cause these symptoms?
I was told to stay away from gluten about a year ago when I went to the hospital for rectum bleeding, my intestines were inflamed, and the Dr told me it’s likely from gluten (i’ve never had this problem before)
Just wondering if anyone’s had a similar experience.
Thank you!
Scared of too high heart rate
24F History of SVT, Panic attacks and severe adrenaline dumps
I suspect i have dysautonmia and POTS, i’ve been put on beta blockers in january and im on atenolol 6.75-12.5mg daily. -So a very low dose, I don’t take a higher dose as blood pressure is 90s/60s usually and my heart rate typically stays in the 65-100 range throughout the day except when my nervous system is triggered by adrenaline. I also take ativan when needed (0.5mg)
I usually get adrenaline dumps from anger, stress, anxiety, excitement. The other day i had an adrenaline dump when i was extremely stressed and angry at my twin sister who’s an active alcoholic because i found a cocaine baggy on my bathroom floor. This triggered a severe adrenaline dump and my heart rate was 217bpm and i was seeing black, i had to sit down and i felt like i couldn’t breathe. It was such a horrible feeling. This happens quite often as my nervous system is VERY sensitive.
That being said i’ve been with my partner for 8 years and he’s proposing this weekend, hes really bad at keeping secrets as we tell each other everything and accidentally slipped up, which is totally okay for me as now i can prepare properly (i like to plan everything) so i didn’t mind that i actually found out.
However after the proposal there’s a 60ish person party concluding of family and friends, obviously im super excited to see everyone but i get overwhelmed extremely easily and im afraid ill have an adrenaline dump during all of this. Im terrified of that feeling and I haven’t drank any alcohol since i started taking beta blockers and usually would have a couple coolers to loosen up but Im terrified of doing that because its been 6 months alcohol free.
Does anyone have any tips or advice?
I also wanted to mention i had an echocardiogram a week ago and everything looks good with my heart structurally. I did fail a stress test that they’re having me repeat in June.
Thank you so much!
Need advice please

Advice on how to lose 5-7 lbs in 3 weeks
So I have a feeling i’m getting proposed to in 3 weeks. I’ve been dating my boyfriend for 8 years and there’s been “signs” that i had a strong strong feeling it’s happening end of may.
I’m 130 lbs and 5,3.
I was 122lbs last summer but had to stop exercising due to heart problems that are still being investigated.
I know an engagement party is planned after the proposal as well with a ton of family and friends.
The reality is i’m not confident what so ever and i’m so nervous about not feeling confident with myself which will give me a ton of anxiety.
I’d like to lose 5-7lbs in 3 weeks and i’m not sure how to go about it.
I can’t exercise intensely but i do walk when i can, it just depends how im feeling.
Does anyone have any tips?
Thank you
