As a introverted and overall shy person I’ve always found it hard to know what to say to start out a conversation with a new person so I tend to just avoid it at all costs but I feel like at some point I have to break out of my shell and I’m just not sure where to start. If anyone has any words of wisdom I would greatly appreciate them.

I would like to clarify first of all that I haven’t done this in many years. When I was a child, my family and I would go on vacations to the beach. They would normally be about a week long and I always had trouble going to the bathroom away from home. For some reason, my body just wouldn’t do it. But deep in the sound side waters of the beach where the water is noticeably more calm and warmer, I could go. Yes I said it. I would poop in the ocean😅It always felt very freeing and I was always very far from people. I don’t if anyone else has done this or would even admit it but I truly just think it’s funny at this point so I thought I’d share.
