How do I logout of Reddit so I can update it?
I've been trying for 30 minutes and can't find logout. I Googled it and that doesn't work. How else do I logout of it?

I find these appointments stressful 😫 I have go book another one with my psychiatrist, but it's another month away. Im already so nervous, how am I supposed to deal? I have someone taking me and I know Ill be fine, but it's high anxiety and panic. It's annoying 😑
Im 43 F, nice and polite but silly. Looking for new friends. Im in the USA 🇺🇸
My mom goes into chemo in the morning. Is there anyone available to chat for awhile?
This isn't the first time she's gone and done chemo. At first, we were so scared 😱 I stayed at home cuz it was all so overwhelming. My question is what does everyone else do during these appointments and other for that? I have high anxiety and panic attacks
I take my neds prior, I was just wondering
I live in the USA, Im nice and polite. Looking f I r new friends. I have high anxiety. I like animals, especially dogs. I play video games here and there when I can, cook, clean, beading, organizing and walks outside. Looking for new friends to talk to daily.
I keep researching but Im coming up with various locations around the US. I had a interview with them today and trying to figure out if its legit.
Im reposting this again cuz Im baffled as to how Im going to get these done when an elevator is involved. I keep putting them off, but I have to do them. Im so afraid and dont know how to conquer it. My therapist keeps saying exposure therapy helps, yes, but when it comes to elevators, it just goes right out the window. I just stand there and stare at it. Does anyone have any ideas or tips?
Im getting a new psychiatrist locally and hopefully I can get in before this appointment 😅
I have high anxiety and panic problems. I have to do a exam coming up and have to use the elevator. I know most people can do it easy, but I'm petrified of them. I can't even get in one. How am I supposed to get my exam if I can't even get into it? 🤔😱😫
I'm 43 F, having health problems, high anxiety and panic attacks. Need someone to talk too when stressed out. I live in the USA 🇺🇸 Im Nice and polite
What is something different we can do tomorrow, but not extravagant. We go spend time outside, go for little walks, watch TV and hangout. I got a rock painting set for me and my mom to do, a craft kit and a knitting kit. Just looking for ideas for something to do outside, inside, something. Car drives are ok when we all feel good.
My mom's got chemo in the morning and I get so nervous 😓 I'm asking ahead of time hoping there will be someone to talk too. I have high anxiety and get super nervous 😓 I'm over 40 and im a female. Looking for someone to talk too if available.
I have applied to them and they send these links that dont work or direct you somewhere else. It seems like scam to me. Do you know why the links dont work?
My mom has this and was upset today. I put on my brave face, it was hard. 😪 Of course I comfort her and say nice and reassuring words. How do you deal with the highs and lows? I go outside and get fresh air, I stay positive and distract myself with something else so I'm not spiraling with anxiety all night long. Is there any tips? It feels l s like I'm going crazy sometimes and then I go outside to ground myself. Is there tips for this?
I just started a account at writers work, I applied for their jobs, now what? Do I make a blog? About what? Monday I start the training videos on it, so that will help. Has anyone joined this?
People make it sound easy to just go to bed and sleep. Its not that easy being worried, anxious and scared. She was up all night sick, i couldn't sleep. It was a rough morning. Does anyone else not sleep when it's bedtime?
