I can't tell if this is a CRAZY Mandela effect, but are we not able to fight against bots other than the combat training mode?

I swear I was able to set up local bot matches as a kid on the 360 and use my full custom loadouts like in BO2. But now in the PS5 rerelease I can't. Am I crazy?
