the subject title says everything, been trying to apply for ub but always failed to get cc, i have other cc with good standing but for some reason, i cant get cc with them.. hope this time it pushes through..

can't see na nag signal yung driver, sabihin na natin na sya may mali, nasa right of way yung motor at dapat ang mag bibigay is yung mag papark na auto, by any means, mali pa din talaga yung ginawa ng rider, wala pang helmet.. masyado mabilis magpatakbo given na baka umaambot kasi naka kapote back ride nya..

my best guess is convoy ito ng patay or whatever, judging from just the balloon at the back of his scooter.

while it still could be something else, we've seen this before in other org ride events.

pero ano ang legality ng ganyan, at what could be the best way to deal with this?
