does anyone not care about their autism

a question as the title says but is anyone here diagnsoed autism but doesn't care about it like almsot like the diagnosis is invisible or that it doesn't bother or change their life. Even say the people around them like family just never cared that you have autism and that you will never be excused in life and have to do everything else and be damanded to be capable in doing many things.

Does anyone genuinely pay for the full price

I cannot imagine but are there people who genuinely would pay full price, not talking about say just one item like you're just buying a gift to treat someone like that

To the germans how do you pronounce that word vs when you are speaking english. When you say that word in english does it still partially sound the same way when you are saying it in german.
