Need help selling.

Put my 1998 KLR250 up for 1500.

Has around 9k miles on it. And runs strong overall. Just needs a voltage regulator.

I have a seller potentially coming out, should I hold off and wait? Tried putting it up for 2k. And just got a bunch of low ball offers. What would be a good price to list it for? Also bought it last July for 1500.

No nukes. Only ground infantry and air support.

No support from NATO. As if Germany and the Soviet Union were the only countries to exist and were fighting over being the only ones.

Need some advice for my 457, and 401a

I started a public works city job on May 26th 2025. Since then, this has been my main thing I’ve been actively investing in since I don’t know too much about stuff like this. Currently make around 3100 a month, with around 1800 in bills.

Is this a good return? Should I be putting more in?

Any help would be appreciated, big or small.

(No investments in stocks, or anything like that)

Landlord wants me to pay for septic cleaning.

I posted on another forum, that my landlord convicted my partner of flushing products down the toilet.

She has now switched up, and thinks that it was the previous renters.

I live on an acre.
Rent for a 1000 a month.

Loosing this place would highly go against my favor, but I cannot afford paying over 1000.

This is ontop of threatening me with eviction.

( Nowhere in the lease I signed stated I was required to pay for septic maintenance )

I don’t know what to do.

My BPD girlfriend claims I am lying about something I said on our first date. I’ve tried reassuring her, insisting that I’m being true, but I don’t know. I’m at work right now, and I just have this horrible dreadful feeling in my body right now. I want to be alone and just cry.

Need some advice for an E55.

Hi, i need some advice going forward with potentially purchasing this E55. It is a high mileage, around 200k miles. And the seller is asking 6.5k. The reason being it being so cheap, is he claimed there is a coolant issue/leak. Below are some pictures he sent of the work that was done. He says he replaced the hose, yet still is having an issue. I would check it out in person, however i am located about 1100 miles away. Before I take such a big risk, I just wanted to get some insight. Appreciate any feedback.
