Anyone else like dirty filthy disgusting messy?

I see people post pics in here of clothes cluttered on the floor and stuff But I’m like disgusting messy. I hate it. my apartment is filled with trash, food wrappers on the floor, crumbs. My car is awful, it’s so trashy. I will take a piece of gum out my mouth and put it in my side door, then when I go back out it’s melted gum everywhere. Like I hate this so bad about myself. I’ve been this way for as long as I remember but it’s gotten way worse now that I live on my own. 🥲🥲
