22% of women have clit adhesions

https://www.rachelrubinmd.com/post/new-research-on-clitoral-adhesions

If the skin has a seam and looks stuck together between the hood and the head, it could be an adhesion. Keratin pearls can build up, orgasms could be painful

Here is another study on it https://www.pamelamorrisonpt.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Website-The\_Use\_of\_Specific\_Myofascial\_Release\_Techniques.4.pdf

I started looking up a bunch of things as I could no longer have my longterm ex/then another ex go down on me. It was INCREDIBLY painful, out of the blue. I have been slowly pulling apart the adhesion I have and its been a massive difference.

Figured I would share. This isnt something any gynecologist, urologist or a urogynocologist have ever theorized for me.

Ice buildup on copper?

AC mostly stopped working, it was still blowing out 64ish cold air when I tried to see if it was working at all

Filter was dirty, so I changed it

HVAC system was running

I normally keep my house at 66

Google says this is not what is supposed to happen to the copper? So to let it thaw?

Is that possibly true? I dont trust google much anymore

What are some viewpoints about a male typical name for woman?

My name is Alex, short for Alexandria.

Men will not call me Alex. These people are 28+, in all different fields. I used to be in the army. So I know people from all different backgrounds. Got out years ago. Have a very public job where I meet tons of people. I introduce myself as Alex now.

Almost every single time, I get asked. "Can I call you Ali" or "how about I just call you Alexandria" or "can I call you Alexa?" Or "Alex?" With a weird look on their face. I even had a stranger who was chatting with me, end up asking for my name and number and I said my name is Alex while I was waiting for him to get his phone out, only for him to abruptly get angry with me and tell me that if Im not going to tell him my real name im wasting his time

My dating partners historically rarely call me Alex, My friends(not military) rarely say my name but have nicknames for me. My military friends, once they learned my first name have said they cant call me that.

So, when you meet women that have male typical names, is that off putting?

Does it depend on their demeanor?

I dont dress like a dude, I am fairly fit. I am not shy but Im not an in your face, loud type of bubbly person.

My name is just too weird for men specifically to want to say. And my work has me in contact with white collar and blue collar workers from all types of income brackets. So I just dont get it and was hoping for some insight.

Had to grab him

He hopped into my garage and almost jumped onto the boards I just stained, I either grab him with my hands or I let his body land in strong chemicals

He didn't seem thrilled at his situation, this tenant was safely evicted from the premises

Sense of failure and Meaninglessness

Ive been working towards a competitive program for the last 3 years. I just need the GRE test and volunteer hours, and I feel like I wont get into any PA school, ever.

My GPA is high. But I have such a dreaded sense of failure in me as im 30, just doing school online, about to graduate using the VRE. I sleep late into the day. All my friends have killed themselves or are far away. I dont feel challenged. I try eating and drinking well.

Where did I let my youthfulness dissapear to. In service, I was top of my game with everything. Taking every class I could, volunteering. Little motivated ass. Now? I fail every day. I get to the gym once a week. I get my ass up, dressed, into the car. Drive 15minutes to the gym. Force myself to walk inside. Force myself to do at lwast 5 minutes of one workout. It doesnt stick. My discipline has gone to shit. I am trying so hard to get my ass to work.

Tried so many hobbies, nothing is sticking.

If I dont get into a school, then I have to wait another year to class up. Another year of stagnation.

VA docs essentially sent me to a shitbag mental health provider that spent a good portion of the flirting with me and addressed almost nothing. Tried adding me on social media afterwards. Blocked and reported her. I already know how to do the mental health meditation shit and I do do it. The cognitive behavioral therapy. I got it. I force myself to try it daily. To walk at least a mile a day. My feet are dragging ASS.

Part time job? Only ones I had been accepted to and tried were minimjm wage jobs that sucked the dopamine out from my brain, no challenge what so ever. No deep connection to coworkers, though they are great people. Just, they dont get me. But I can get them. Its just one sided.

PA school just seemed like a cool thing to try.

I reach out to people. Not suicidal, but mother f. I am so sick of this insane mental block that I keep pushing my body through and nothing seems to be working. Nothing is "exciting". I dont feel challenged with anything. Maybe I should check my T or just start doing it.

Almost 5 months has passed

I miss him more and more every day. I am so grateful to have had such a beautiful companion. Over 100k miles of traveling together.

I miss him getting so mad at me for sitting somewhere for far too long. And the rare times I was sad, he would do his best to be ridiculous and sassy as it made me laugh, every single day he made me laugh. Passed about 2 weeks after he turned 8. Specialists can only do so much for kidney disease and I tried everything.

My beauty that got so bored going down a river. He loved oranges so much. His favorites were oranges and watermelons, and pineapple(only a tidbit of each) Never bananas or apples. Offensive to even offer.

He used to pull me on a longboard for miles, and then we walked together for many miles, to me eventually having to push him for miles. He knew how to ask for things. He howled at the right input and it went like "Are you hungry? Are you thirsty? Do you want a treat?(chicken, dental, turkey?)

Do you want pets? Do you want to play(this one instead of howling he would pop into a play pose) do you want to go on a walk? If he howled at walk, I could then ask him where he wanted to go, the pines? The ponds? The beach? Downtown?

On walks, If I wasnt short for time, I would ask at certain parts if he wants to go left, right or straight. He chose differently based on what I only assumed was how hot or tired he was.

He knew different people in my life, one person always played with him with a certain toy, another always layed with him. I would tell him xyz is here! And he would go to the spot they normally do things with him.

I talked to him a ton on accident. I always told him whwre we were and what we were about to see, and he just figured out how to assosiate them, then ask.

I am so grateful, and I am so filled with grief that hits me still in such big waves. In this, I'm sure, disorganized rambling.. It's beyond understated as to how incredible he was.

Asians and those with Asian features

Do you often get fetishized??

I live in the Bible belt and have very prominent asian features though I am not. Also a woman. Also fit/almost 30 if that matters.

Its been over 20 times that I have been approached to be asked about my ethnicity, or they start off by talking about how they have a preference for Asians. It's disgusting.

I started to see this white guy, who introduced me to his family. That was horrible. They passive aggressively talked about how they are grateful I dont want kids because they wouldnt want their grandchildren to struggle with "mixed identities" or deal with "immigration issues" they knew I was born in the U.S.

Dumped him, blocked him as he didnt stick up for me. It was an unexpected turn of events.

So, these dudes have this thing for submissive women? And get very upset when they learn I am very direct, dont want kids, not religious(though I support it, go to church with friends on occasion if they ask for when importsnt events happen for them such as baptism, etc)

AND old white men are OBSESSED. At least weekly I get stopped to talk, and they end up flirting and trying to touch me. Then end up being very upset when I directly say I am young enough to be their daughter and they should be ashamed or tell them to not touch me loudly.

On dating apps, Ive had 2 men say "aw not even a little bit asian in you? Are you sure?"

I have screened men, and for an ex.. I find 2 years into it he had a preference for Asians and was the main reason why he started speaking to me as there isnt many people who look like me locally. Months into talking to someone, guess what they love?! Asian porn! Lots and lots of it.

I am by no means offended that they mistake my race. I am very happy when im out an about and people from Asian cultures see me and go out of their way to excitedly talk to me. Though, Do you guys struggle with this shit? Does it end? How do you deal with it? Do you find people to date within your race as thats not really an option for me, did you just give up dating all together?

Anyone turn their lawn into bug paradise?

I have about an acre of land, no HOA, in eastern NC

My front yard is probably .4 acres

I have no desire to mow. I have big desires to have a variety of bugs. I dont use pesticides or herbicides and have about 50 trees surrounding the lawn

Has anyone just went and planted a ton of native flowers all willy nilly?

Are there major cons to this? Bad for soil? As in, sustainable for just a year before the plants suck up all the nutrients?? I dont know. I've never planted anything in my life

Increases tick activity?(heavily discriminated)

Any pros to this?

All advice and insights welcome, I am new to this. I just want bugs

Pre-reqs

I am 2 classes away from graduating with my bachelor's of health at WGU

I just need bio and chem for one programs requirement on top of that

I have 12,000 patient hours from military health working

And only about 100hrs of volunteering

I have letters of recommendations from 6 providers, 3 nurses and 2 front desk staff(they were lovely and I have to include them) as well as 3 of my previous leaders

Taking the GRE next month(so nervous)

Can I apply to a PA program after my GRE and just say im pending the 2 classes they need?? I am so nervous, I also feel like I may not measure up to the 3000+ other applicants that apply as I am almost 30. Less volunteering as Ive been caring for family and also my dog, who had passed. How difficult has it been for some of you to get in?

Facebook marketplace seller?

I spent 400 on about 1200 dvds and drove 1.5hrs to get them. They were going to be for my at home collection for my younger sister and brothers who I custody of, and any misc horror movies or crude movies were going to be resold. But, I mistakenly trusted the photos she sent, she's in her 60s. Had god and family all over her page, good reviews.

Turns out she removed all the good titles and TV shows, and I politely asked if I could have a refund as the photos had been misleading and she denied it without any kind of reconsideration

I know I fucked up by not checking the 15 boxes, but man. How do you get over feeling fucked over, what can I do with the 700 movies that are D list crap, that I consider to be porn adjacent.

I know to sit and check through everything, but the bait and switch was just an unexpected experience
