What’s wrong with my peony tree?
What’s this white stuff and how can I safely get rid of it?
It gets plenty of sun as it faces east. I water it every two days or less if it rains.

I wash my hair everyday (have to because of sweating from workout) and lose about 100 strands of hair after each wash alone.
There was a water incident. Floor is still wet. How bad does it look?
Just moved into this apartment on the second floor in a two-story building. This is the ceiling of the bedroom. Do you think what happened here? Does it look serious?
I have a free night and am looking for the best place to use. I normally just stay at really affordable one less than $150 a night and have never stayed at anywhere more than 3-star. Since I have this free night, I am really hoping to finally have the chance to experience a luxury hotel stay. Thank you!
Edit to clarify: it’s only one free night. I’m looking for inspiration so please feel free to recommend anywhere 😁 (in the US though)
If you have lived there or have some experience with it or know anything about it, I would appreciate you sharing. Looking to move there. Thank you!
My mom’s eyes have been tearing constantly but no eye doctor we have seen has been able to resolve the issue.
Would you be willing to participate in this effort? What challenges would we face from those slumlords, especially corporate landlords and institutional investors? Do you think such a law could be passed in PA?
It’s so frustrating seeing so many average local residents barely making end meets despite working hard and even holding multiple jobs being driven out by these slumlords.
How much of an increase have you seen or experience personally? What’s going to happen to average renters who currently pay $1000 or less for old and outdated apartments without AC and washer/dryer when these investors come in and raise rent by at least 10% without making any improvements? How can we make these bloody investors who ruthlessly exploit people making below average wages go away??
If you make 75k a year and are free to move anywhere in the US.
I’m single and have no pet. Asian food is important to me. I love gardens.
I think exfoliating makes me break out even though I do it like once a month using a gentle exfoliating chemical product. I do double cleanse every day because of sunscreen. Has anyone never exfoliated and still have good skin? I’m just wondering if it’s necessary to exfoliate at all. What if I never do it again?
I’m noticing some lines on my neck and looking for a good pillow for better sleep posture. I am back sleep if that helps. Thank you!
Besides Amtrak, are there any other public transportation options to travel between Lancaster city and NYC?
