This book was a duet, but the second book because the first book was about the mmc’s brother.

His book was about being inlove with his brothers fiancé while his brother was in a coma, his brother was also the ceo but he took over temporarily but ended up taking it full time even when the brother wakes up.

Anyways about this specific book, the fmc is the daughter of famous people and she was in a relationship with a normal guy named Noah who was sick and ended up dying, and the media wants to know all about it so she runs. She goes to her family’s cottage and the mc had already rented it I believe and he has a chip on his shoulder because he lost his fiancée to his brother and his job. Anyways they end up hooking up and she finds out she’s pregnant but she isn’t ready to commit because of the loss of Noah.

There’s one a specific scene where the fmc and mmc are eating at a restaurant with the mmc brother and fiancé (his ex) and a fan comes up to the fmc and fan girls about her and Noah’s relationship and asks for a photo and the fmc is just uncomfortable and the fan comes back and sees the mmc and fmc together and freaks out to the point where the fmc just goes back into herself.

I also believe the fmc was writing a book about Noah

My gpa is currently at 2.8 and I would like to get it above a 3 some point in the near future, is it more difficult to raise it? Or is it just a myth that the first year determines it

For those of you who did math 209 online, did you guys use the textbook or slides? Both cover the same materials but they explain it differently.

I wanna choose the one that covers everything that will be on the tests and midterms.

Classes start tmr and I’m still waiting for the moodle to get the book and access the material?? I want to prepare before hand yet there’s nothing.

I spoke to someone who’s in the jmsb faculty and they said both courses are tough and to do them at the same time in a 6 week span is even harder because it’s the same amount of work just in a shorter time.

I’m also going to be out of the country for like half the course, and now im like nervous I won’t even do well lool

I tried looking on Amazon but a lot of them have ingredients that don’t look for cats to consume especially since they lick their paws so much

My favourite scenes ever within romance books which sadly aren’t often shown are just the couple cuddling or laying in bed together with their fingers touching each others bodies or connected in someway and just talking.

I swoon so hard, these intimate non sexual moments where it really feels as if it’s just these two characters in their own bubble is the cutest thing and gets me everytime.

If I could I’d read a whole book that’s just full of such scenes and moments.

Or whe the couple makes eye contact within a busy room 😫 they seem to always find eachother no matter what and just communicate with their eyes. SWOOONNNINGGGG

I plan on doing an internal transfer to jmsb but I’m really indecisive between these two majors. Can anyone give me some pros/cons about either of these majors?

Hello! So for more context I’m looking for a book or series where the fmc was a mean girl and I mean bullying and just straight up rude and heartless to people which obviously causes her to be hated a lot.

But then she gets into an accident that puts her in a coma and she wakes up with amnesia and is totally a new person and goes back to life being left out and talked to in snarky ways without her actually knowing why.

And nobody believes her and think it’s all an act when she’s genuinely trying to right her wrongs. I’d prefer a series especially if we see the progression of her being mean from other povs.

I’d love the setting to be hs or college!

Does that account for math 206 as well? Or is it fine as long as you pass math 206 in order to move onto the other 2??

For every relationship, it doesn’t seem as if she wants to give up anything. She likes the way her life is, which makes sense and is valid but her lack of adjusting to allow room for another person starts that ball down hill.

When it came to Luke, he was the one doing the adjusting, he bought her a home but she still wanted to keep her house and made up ridiculous excuses without telling Luke flat out, so he thought of adding to her home so he could move in.

When it came to kids, Chris’ and Luke’s, she didn’t seem that warm towards them, sure there’s moments but you can tell she created a wall.

When it came to engagements, like Max’s and Christopher’s even though she wasn’t 100% fully into it, she still kept the engagements going, until she didn’t but she did drag it for a while.

She seems selfish when it comes to these situations and I do think that’s why she’s had many relationships that never lasted long. Even Luke’s, where they’ve broke up like what 2-3? Times and I’m aware Luke has had a role in a few of them but I do think Lorelai is the major thing that stops herself from being fully happy

Edit to add: somehow people are misconstruing my words about the house part. Luke bought a house without informing Lorelai. I agree that was bad on his end. Luke gave up the house. Then he and Lorelai decided TOGETHER to get back the house. THEN Lorelai started rambling about reasons why she wants to keep her house even if they move into the new house.

School and finals take up so much of your time, and you’re just concentrated on that, and now I’m done I’m like what I do now? Finals legit changes the way I see life, might be excessive but it’s boarder line the truth😭

I don’t remember much except the fmc only really had one friend, and she never got along well with the other students. She starts a relationship with her teacher and he’s wealthy and comes from a prestigious family but chose to teach instead.

The friend knows about the relationship and fmc father has issues and ends up calling the fmc up saying we need to talk but then sort of kidnaps her in his car while cops are chasing her and the fmc friend calls the mmc and tells him she’s pregnant and she’s been kidnapped. The car crashes with a few injuries but nothing fatal.

This all happened after the fmc and mmc end up splitting because people have caught on, and I think the principal even questioned him about it after he found out the fmc was pregnant, and they drill the fmc to know who’s the father.

There’s tons and tons of nicknames mc give one another, and some authors try to be creative using colours, animals or anything that reminds them of their significant other.

Personally, I just adore love or baby, it’s very unoriginal but it really does do the job especially when used in moments of intimacy where it’s just one on one, and not anything sexual.

The ones I loath though, have ‘little’ infront like Rina Kent’s LOG series😫

It might have been rude and very upfront but I understood his opinion, Rory was always shy and awkward and a job like journalism pushed you out of your comfort zone.

From what everyone says, her writing is amazing but she holds herself back in being straight to the point, for example that article about the ballerina how it had to take Doyle to call her article boring and pushing for her to go to the gut in order to write good (mean) stuff.

She couldn’t even handle mitchems criticism which hurts a lot BUT should have pushed her strive more, instead she was just sombre and had her grandparents fight her battles.

Someone giving you criticism should tell you where you went wrong and how to redirect, but it seems like Rory just blanks
