This sandwich was incredible. I've been in a big beet phase this week, and this was the best thing I've had so far.

Been joining Reframe's meetings for a year now. Some days it feels helpful to have the community at my fingertips, and joining through zoom is handy because I don't have great access to nearby in person meetings bc I live in a rural area. Lately I have been feeling so irritated with the coaching style and shares, though. Everything is sugarcoated, no one gets called out for their shit, and every sharer is praised and told whatever bullshit came out of their mouth is "amazing!" I assure you, a lot of the shares are not. Anyone else use this app? It feels like toxic positivity.
Steak looks overdone in photo, but I assure you it wasn't. It was a perfect meal. 🍽️
After a very active day, I rewarded my body with this nutrient dense meal.
• grilled chicken
• rainbow quinoa
• roasted brussel sprouts
• salad: tomatoes/cucumber/red onion/basil marinated in lemon juice, tossed with spinach and arugula, diced avocado, cubed fresh mozzarella, and drizzled with a balsamic glaze ✨
I want to get out of the house, relax, and read. Looking for good coffee and an even better atmosphere. Looking for comfortable seating. Patio would be a plus. ☕️
There's also spinach, quinoa, and lentils under there somewhere...
Just ask me if you want details! ✨
Was craving something sweet so used what ingredients I had on hand to make this healthy blueberry crumble. Sweetened with honey and served with some Greek yogurt!
In the copy I bought, the preface gives away the tragedy of Newt's death and his relationship to Call. Does this not ruin things for me? I'm a little upset that this would be given away before I even started the first chapter.
I'm excited about both Lonesome Dove and East of Eden, but which should I read first?
Yellowstone was badass. I haven't been so invested in a series since Ozark. What should I watch now?
