What is the widest tire/wheel side and off set that I can put on the front and rear of this 1965 Buick Skylark? Pics appreciated in DM.

I am a newbie on audio installation. I have installed head units before in the past but that is about all.
I purchased the following items and looking to install two Rockford fosgate amplifiers a Prime R2-400x4, Prime R2-500x1, a set of focal flax evo ps165 fxe speakers, JL Audio MBT-RX with no head unit. I also purchased a 4 gauge Dual Amplifier Wiring Kit, 2000W CCA Amp Install Kit for 2 Amplifiers.
Looking for suggestions on where I can mount the Focal speakers without cutting up the door panels, dash and kick panels.
I am also looking for suggestions on what power and ground distribution parts to use.
I have a 1965 Ford F100 that is overheating.
The engine and transmission sat for a couple of years with fluid drained while the restoration was being done.
I purchased it and it overheats and since there is no overflow reservoir it looses coolant and I have to keep filling it.
The thermostat is a 180 degree and there are no apparent leaks anywhere else, even the water pump is dry by the weep hole.
It came with 2 electric fans on an interior switch which I manually turn on every time I drive it and it still runs hot.
The temp has gone as high as 240-ish.
The belts were also screeching so I tightened them some they were loose.
I had the coolant flushed and got some brown/ black coolant water come out.
After that, it still started to overheat.
I did already purchase a 160 thermostat and a high flow water pump as a backup.
On a side note unrelated but curious, the new power booster master cylinder is leaking on the floor board.
I checked the master cylinder and the back reservoir was empty so I topped it off.
It was also making a clunking noise every time I released the brake pedal. After filling the reservoir it still leaks.
I ordered an overflow coolant reservoir and will install it but if it still overheats what should I do next?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

I have a 1965 Ford F100 with TMI bucket seats and need to find a full length console for housing speakers and an amp etc. I am considering putting to 1 or two powered subs behind the bucket seats.
Here is the kicker (no pun intended) I will eventually add a 12 volt Electric AC system and the vents etc will be housed under the dash so I need to allow for that.
Any ideas?
