My brother passed away in 2020 but I recently found these posts by him. My mom on the other hand talks about (what is clearly Mallworld) ALL the time. Even before I told her about it. Does anybody else have family members who also dream similar environments? What are the chances we both were roller skating in Mallworld? It’s just crazy. 😂
Hey guys. So I’ve had extremely vivid dreams since I was a kid. I remember being a child and feeling like things would happen that happened in my dreams- small things. But weird enough to make me start paying attention.
-I’ve had vivid recurring dreams of tornados since I was a kid. I live in Michigan and we’ve been getting wayyyy more tornados recently and tornado ally seems to be moving north.
-I also have had extremely vivid dreams of the future. A glowing purple city and I’m sitting in the back of a self driving car. I can make my phone record video of something just by using my mind.
-I also have vivid recurring dreams about floods or droughts. Welp, look what’s happening to our water levels and water supply.
-In 2018-2019 I had a dream of a map of Australia with fire icons all over it. It was so clear. I remember waking up and telling my boyfriend how weird it was. Welp- shortly after that the actual brushfires in Australia happened.
-In 2020 I had a vivid dream of my younger brother passing. Later that year he passed away from an overdose.
-In 2024 I had a vivid anxiety dream about losing my job. Welp, that happened and I got fired a few months later.
-Another weird thing- In middle school I crushed on this dude for 3 consecutive years (2003-2006). We had a ton of classes together but nothing ever came of it. We talked on AIM sometimes but that’s about it. At a party in 2011 I confessed to him that I had a huge crush on him in middle school but was too shy to say so. He was shocked. He said he felt the same way but was also too shy to do anything about it. (By this time, I had moved on and was no longer interested or even attracted to him).
Fast forward to present day- I’m in a healthy relationship with my current boyfriend. For 3 years now. I keep having random vivid dreams I’m back in middle school with my middle school crush. Haven’t thought about this guy in forever. Haven’t talked to him since 2011. In the dreams, I’m no longer shy. I’m bold and confident. Him and I are actually dating. It’s like an alternate reality or something.
THE NEXT DAY- this guy messages me on Facebook telling me that he has some worms for my bearded dragon. 😂 WTF. We literally NEVER talk. He’s married now with kids but he lives in my town (different town than the one we grew up in). What are the chances?
Can any of this be explained??? I’d love some insight. I have an extremely open mind.

In my dream last night I was in a new area- a ship. Everybody on board was practicing flying. There were antique shops on the sides and a health clinic. The waves were huge and walking down the deck was hard, it was super wobbly.
What’s funny is I’m camping in a camper/RV right now so I’m wondering if the motion of my dad moving around in there made me dream of a ship.
I got this Facebook message today and I couldn’t breathe.
Hey, if I’m correct I think you dated [name omitted] in the past. I dated him from September 2024 to July 2025. I just wanted to let you know that if he ever hurt you like he did to me(broken orbital socket, upper nasal fracture, broken ribs, permanent damage to my head and hands), justice will be served on September 10th. He’s most likely going to prison for quite some time. I think I actually met you a couple times in the past through [name omitted]. But I just wanted to let you know in case this is a win for you too.
I saw you on my “people you may know” sorry if this crossed a boundary or anything.
I feel so many things. But mostly I feel relief- relief that he won’t do this to anyone else anymore. I also wish I could’ve helped her or warned her somehow, this girl who he dated after me. I have a lot of guilt from that too.
Can anyone relate? What feelings came up once you learned your abuser was finally being punished? How long after the relationship ended did you find out?
All the water is gone but everybody acts normal anyway. It’s usually my Grandparents Lake in Harrison Michigan. I didn’t want to use an AI image for obvious reasons. The pic I used is real- it’s Sanford Lake in MI, which isn’t far away. A few years ago Sanford Lake was drained due to a dam failure. It just recently filled back up.
The scene in my dream is much more dramatic- deep, deep dirt ditches like the Grand Canyon almost. Yet people are still outside, having drinks and relaxing under the sun like it’s a normal scene.
It’s so weird- this isn’t the first time I’ve dreamt of this. Could it be a warning?

Hello fellow dreamers!
This will look familiar because a few weeks ago I posted the cleaner digital version of my recurring dream world, but I wanted to share the one I hand drew also. I enjoy art as a hobby and this has been a fun way to keep myself busy in between jobs.
This one feels way more like the way the world actually exists in my head: crowded, messy, overlapping, and expanding. I’ve been dreaming about many of these places since childhood but my recurring dreams have been more vivid and consistent in the past few years.
I recently added the coastal town and stairway leading into the sky after another lucid dream. Some locations stay consistent, while others seem to shift or connect through roads, tunnels, water, and places that should not logically lead to each other.
Sometimes I’ll even just teleport to a place.
Does anyone else keep a hand-drawn map of their Mallworld? And do your locations have a stable geography, or does everything rearrange itself between dreams?
33 F. USA. This dream was the craziest one I’ve probably ever had in my life.
I was with my parents and brother who is no longer alive. We’re kids again.
We’re driving. Then we’re on the beach. I know I’m dreaming instantly. I tell My Dad. I try to explain it to him. He doesn’t believe me. The waves are huge and like glass. I hear real sounds from my childhood. There’s a broken staircase leading to the sky. My dad wants to know where it leads but the steps are crumbling.

Suddenly I’m in a pottery store in a small coastal town. People are riding bikes. There’s shops. I see my old pottery teacher. I tell her we’re dreaming. She’s amazed but she believes me. Then she’s lost in the crowd.

I wake (in the dream) in my childhood bedroom. I can’t move my body. I’m trying to wake myself up. I see the wind pushing the blinds. I’m also in my apartment at the same time somehow. I wiggle my toes and fingers because I remember that being a trick to wake up. I wake up only a little (in the dream). My mom’s with me. She’s worried that I can’t wake up. I try to make it downstairs to the kitchen but it’s hard to walk. I grab a notepad and start writing down everything I remember but my handwriting is gibberish. I try to talk to her but I can’t speak. I’m mumbling like I’m drunk or drugged. I’m drifting off again.
I hear my Grandma’s (no longer alive) voice. She’s visiting me in bed. “Aw man. She’s asleep, I missed her.” she says. ‘No I’m not!’ I think. ‘I’m dreaming! Wake up!’ But I won’t.

I’m in the coastal town again. I see an entrance. It looks kind of like an old theater. I go in. There’s so many people walking around. I grab the first person I can find. It’s a boy. Light brown skin. Maybe 11. I ask him his name. He says “Davion”. Somehow I already knew that before he tells me. I tell him “I’m Danielle.” I say “We’re all dreaming here.” He says “Woah, really?” Then he’s gone.
I try to find others. I find a group of men. I tell them we’re dreaming. They laugh at me at first. I say “Don’t you want to know what this is? Why we’re all here?” One of them looks at me with wide eyes. They say yes. We go explore the theater together down a hallway that’s dim with red carpet flooring.

I finally wake up in real life after what seems like forever.
33 F. This was one of the wildest dreams I’ve ever had. It was a mix of lucid dreaming and sleep paralysis. I rarely get either one, only a few times a year.

33 F. History of eczema and shingles. I have had EXTREMELY itchy arms the past few days. I took Zyrtec and the itching finally stopped. Now I have these raised welts everywhere. What is this?
33 F. They were VERY itchy the past few days. I took an antihistamine and now they look a lot worse but the itching has stopped. I have a history of eczema and have had shingles before. No other symptoms.

Hey everyone! I did this digital painting on ibis Paint using my finger and iPhone. It’s inspired by another artist’s beautiful painting. Was a little hesitant to post in here because WOW everyone is so talented. I’m brand new to digital art. What programs does everybody use? I will have to eventually get a stylus but I’m really enjoying drawing and painting digitally and want to keep working at it.

I had this dream a while ago and I can’t stop thinking about it. I entered the dream already standing on one of those “planks”. They’re flimsy and wobbling. There’s ropes hanging on the walls you can grab but they seem insecure. Dangerous obstacles all around. There’s people watching from above. There’s a “host”. I remember there being some kind of “lottery” for who gets chosen to participate. I also remember something involving food as a motivator or “prize” or something. Wild, I know.
So the map thing has reallyyyyy been freaking me out. Mainly because there’s SO many similarities in the geography of my dreamscape and the ones I’ve seen. Like- Why do so many of us have Malls, Cities, Oceans with cliffs, Campgrounds, Theme parks, Schools, etc. My dream world has been very consistent.
For some context:
-I’m 33 and have been having extremely vivid dreams for as long as I can remember.
-I can lucid dream but it’s rare.
-Every single place on this map is a place I’ve actually dreamt about. Any similarities to others maps is purely coincidental (and honestly fascinating to me)
-Some of these places are based off real places in my life (Childhood home, Grandparents house) but they’re never quite the same.
-It was easy for me to map out the places on the map because I’ve traveled them in my dreams multiple times (once I had a single dream I was in the city, survived an apocalypse, escaped underground, ended up at a river, then a campground, etc). I didn’t just randomly put places wherever.
I’d love to see others maps and know if any of you have been to any of these places! I’ve been really deep diving into dreams lately. My boyfriend thinks I’ve lost my mind. 🤪
In my dream, I was leaving a family dinner to go get alcohol but somehow ended up at this house instead. I have no memory of getting there. At the house was a guy- tall, thin, blonde hair blue eyes. And his sister- brown curly hair. Both were in late 20s or early 30s like me. I’d never seen these people before and have definitely never met them in the waking world. The guy was distraught. He said he was just shot with a gun but couldn’t remember anything else. We concluded that we must be dreaming if there’s no shot wound and he’s still alive. I invited both of them back to the family dinner with me. There was definitely a romantic connection between me and the guy. I kept saying I have a boyfriend but he didn’t seem to care because “we’re dreaming, remember?”
These people felt important somehow. Does anyone else meet people in their dreams? Who are they?
Is it possible the guy was actually shot in the waking world and was in between states of consciousness?
I have so many questions 😅
