I don’t even know where to start. I know my password. The external hard drive is drive d on my computer but I don’t even see a drive d on my veracrypt app.

Once I find it, how do I remove the encryption so I can use it as a normal hard drive?

Also, I do have the option to format the drive when I click it from explorer. Don’t know if that is another way to remove the encryption.

I’m so incredibly frustrated with myself. My spouse was the first one to do laundry with our new machine. We always used cold water but my spouse ended up using hot because I had the hoses connected to the opposite sides. My spouse doesn’t know this happened yet. I found out today when trying to do laundry. I forgot an item and put it in the wash and discovered the water was hot instead of cold. I was confused and after doing some thinking realized the hoses were plugged in the opposite sides.

How much damage did this cause to my spouses clothes and what kind of shrinkage should we expect? I’m going to break the news today after my spouse comes home. I’m really upset with having to disappoint with my incompetence.

Wondering if I can do this. Unsure if the files would be in the PC recycle bin or in the external HDD recycle bin. I never saw one for the external HDD.

Hello, I have several hard drives of family photos. One hard drive I deleted. I didn’t reformat the drive or do anything else with it. Just highlighted and hit the delete button. How hard is it for me to recover this data and what percentage of the data can I get back? I probably had around 15k photos on that hard drive, organized in folders. I’m hoping the folder organization remains so I don’t recover random photos out of order.

Another member opened my eyes that family photos should be accessible if something happens to me. I mainly didn’t want strangers to have access. Is there a way to remove the encryption so if something happens to me, the HDD is accessible to anyone?

I’m curious because I don’t want to lose my family memories. I am tempted to buy a new HDD that supports password functions to avoid losing my data.

I saw a video that says to backup or copy something to a computer. I don’t believe I saw that prompt.

I have thousands of photos that I’d like to organize into folders. It won’t be possible doing this on my iPhone. I’m staring at my iCloud Photos folder on my windows PC and I don’t even see any folders from my albums on here. It’s just a mess of individual photos.

I’m stumped and I can’t get a resolution. I want to use iCloud and one drive but can’t figure out a way to allow both of these systems to operate on my computer. I have a bunch of old photos taken from old digital cameras on my PC that I want backed up on one drive

I feel like I’m getting scammed. Everything looks all welcoming but at checkout I’m being told at that all damages need to be covered by me “regardless of who’s at fault”. I’m not paying a cent if it isn’t my fault. What a ridiculous statement.

I thought I wanted to buy the rogue tree but after realizing I can buy a set with wheels and even a barbell holder, I’m starting to eye the titan tree. It seems to be the only company out of rogue and rep to have an all encompassing option. Anyone have any opinions?

I’ve been looking at these two flat foot racks for a while. While I do like the Rogue, I noticed this rack is x2 heavier than the Rep rack which is wild to me. I’m wondering what everyone thinks of these two racks and what your opinions are if price isn’t really an issue.
