It says In my post admissions requirements for the psw program I need a professional practice health form filled out by my doctor but I can’t seem to find the form anywhere! All I can see under post admission requirements is evidence of good health so I’m kinda confused can anyone help?

Hi everyone I was thinking about seeing if I could book a cabin for a wedding in and around London Ontario. The wedding party would go up the day before and everyone else would show up the day of the wedding and then the wedding party would stay for 2-3 days after the wedding to celebrate and have some fun. I just have no idea where to look for something like this so any help would be appreciated☺️

This is my first time trying a disc I’m using shordy from Amazon and I’ve put it in as far as it can go I’m not leaking or anything but I can feel it when I sit or lay down it also felt as if it was falling out a bit at one point is that normal? Am I doing something wrong?
