Does anyone know why my ping spikes to insane levels every 5 minutes in any game I play?

Genuinely no matter what I play my ping always spikes to like 5k if not more its so annoying, it basically makes the game unplayable

Before anyone says my internet is just bad, this literally doesn't happen for any other online game I play other than Roblox. Also, I've been in Discord calls when this happens and the call works perfectly fine, but Roblox just decides to have a stroke.
