assuming the snail has normal snail intelligence and cant magically teleport or anything...
what if i just load the snail onto a ship, and have it eject itself out of the solar system at several times escape velocity, so that one day the snail ends up intercepting the black hole at the center of the milky way?
does that counts as "trapping"? because the snail "cant be trapped/killed", so wouldnt dropping it onto literally any celestial body count as trapping too? like the moon, jupiter, sun, etc.
my main question is: can the snail escape the gravity of a celestial body on its own with absolutely no external help?
and by "no external help" i mean NO humans accidentally bringing it back, no aliens, no magic, no random asteroid perfectly launching it back to earth. just the snail.
if it cant leave a celestial body by itself then i dont really understand where the line for "cant be trapped" is drawn
i feel like OC asked chatgpt to "paste" this image into his side mirror
these two cars have unusually high contrast compared to the ones in the background, also; in the top left outside of the mirror you can see the grill of a pickup truck in a very awkward position
As of now; Toronto has the worst air quality of any major city on the planet
HEEEEELP
My 2019 rav4 suddenly got the "Engine Maintenance Required; Please visit your dealer" notification on the display (the check engine light is NOT on though), and im wondering if this is even a direct engine issue since i checked everything i can; and its running at optimal temps with no shaking, no leaks, no vibrations, liderwally nothing feels "off" while driving
my best guess is that its the coolant bypass valve needing replacement since ive heard its a somewhat common issue on this model, with another factor being because i usually keep the car at 18-20C even on relatively cool days, one time i realized i had the AC off and there wasnt any "Engine Maintenance required" notification
i really only need help with ways on how to actually confirm its a coolant bypass valve replacement issue before i order it, install it, and go "why tf is the engine maintenance light still on😭". and no I do not have access to a OBD scanner (i would not be making this post if i did)
AM I FRIED
I wanna apply to university (doesn't even matter which one, for my future career I just need some sort of bachelor's to qualify)
But my college CGPA in mechanical engineering is absolute ASS, jus over a 2.0 💀.
Even though I'm at a 2.0ish GPA; would university admissions consider that I took one of the more rigorous programs?
I don't think I'll get accepted anywhere with that GPA; so would it be worth it to go BACK to highschool after I'm done with college so I can do all my grade 12 university prerequisites (Pulling high 90s), or should I take an extra year of college and retake some courses to improve my GPA🥀🥀
I'm also confused if it would have been better to take a very easy 2 year major to pull high 90s vs struggling in a much harder program
