Need better leaders for CJP

Can Abhijeet willing to handover the page and channel to new people??

Where all decision are taken by youth itself by discussions and votings, not by him. He shouldn't be one deciding if protest has to happen or not, when and where.

I think further protests might get diluted as slowly people will become less and the energy of the movement goes down. So doesn't help.

We should make smart thoughtful rational effective moves, not something random.

Bro didn't ask for ideas, didn't discussed with experts and anything. Simply doing what he thinks is best.

We joined CJP because we are frustrated by the system. We want to align focus on how to solve it effectively. We need to align action towards that.

Just came across another data manipulation drive by govt where ground reality is different but records are modified. I can never trust data or claims by this government.

CJP says it will not seek prior permission from the Delhi Police to protest at Jantar Mantar on 6 June and will do so only after Abhijit Dipke lands in India on the same day.

CJP is contradicting itself again & again:

on one hand they claim to be law abiding citizens and that they do everything as per Indian laws but then they don't care about the Supreme Court law that asks them to seek prior permission for protests.

CJP spokesperson Sourav Das says he's sure that Delhi Police won't give them permission and that's the reason they're not seeking prior approval but minutes later says that Delhi Police will give them permission on the same day!

Even journalist Ajit Anjum who's known to be a vocal critic of the central government is stunned by Abhijit Dipke's replies and blatant disregard to laws related to protests.

Couple of things here:

  1. Their protest is for a great cause, demanding accountability and the best governance from the ruling govt. is every citizen's birth right.

  2. Dharmendra Pradhan should've resigned a long time ago and must resign now.

  3. The entire education system needs a complete overhaul starting with the ones handling the examinations, and that should not be like renaming NTA to something else but actual change from top to bottom. All stakeholders from students, teachers, examiners, educators, bureaucrats, lawmakers should be consulted on this and a decision must be taken only after they reach a consensus.

But the way CJP is handling things here, it looks to be going more towards anarchy and chaos than a peaceful resolution of the problem.

  1. The designated protest site requires 7-10 days prior permission from Delhi Police, not doing so is straight up going the illegal way right from the start.

  2. They claim that the protests will be peaceful so there's no need for permission but they can't be so naive that they don't know that even gathering of 100 people, even for just a simple thing like a feast or watching a movie, can lead to immediate chaos, especially in environments like India which are both politically and climactically hot rn.

  3. Even if there's 0 chance of any untoward situation, why even take any risk? Even 1 unruly protestor can hijack the entire event and CJP's haters can turn the entire movement into something else.

It's like they just want to be arrested, they want the things to go wrong, so that they can play the victim card and blame the govt again. All stepping stones to fuel a massive anarchy.

Protest pointers - Apart from Resignation, need these imp demands

We need to put more strong and meaningful demands apart from resignation. If new education minister is also dumb, then no use.

- Ask for best agency to take exam not cheapest.

- All exam centers, planning, arrangement should be very well planned, ahead of time, with chance for center change or correction etc

- Changes in education sectors, like mentionwd in this video

Learn from Anna movement

They didn't position themselves as Anti Congress, neither they supported BJP.

They only stayed focus on 1 issue, which is common interest for every citizen, every party supporter that was corruption.

Also they came up with sensible solution, Jan Lokpal.

Your topic should be broken education system and unemployment. Exam leaks, SSC scam etc.

Come up solutions. Resignation of education minister, doesn't solve the problem. Does no good for students impacted. Find real solutions and demand for that.

Indians Do Have Civic Sense — Just Look at Airports, Malls & Multiplexes

I have an observation and thought about cleanliness and civic sense in India.

People often say “Indians lack civic sense”, but I think the reality is more complicated.

Because Indians do maintain cleanliness and discipline in certain public places — and the difference is massive.

Examples:

Airports

Shopping malls

Movie multiplexes

Compare these places with many railway stations, bus stands, markets, streets, parks, etc.

In airports or malls:

You rarely see gutka stains

People usually don’t throw chips packets or bottles on the floor

Toilets are cleaner

Dustbins are available and regularly emptied

Smoking is controlled through designated smoking rooms/zones

Rules are enforced

Staff actively monitor and clean

Fines/social pressure/security presence exists

So the question is:

If Indians can maintain civic sense in airports and malls, why can’t similar systems be implemented in other public spaces?

Maybe the issue is not just “people are dirty”, but also:

Lack of infrastructure

Poor maintenance

No enforcement

No accountability

No monitoring

No proper waste disposal systems

No public design that encourages good behaviour

Strict enforcement, better maintenance, proper toilets, enough dustbins, designated smoking areas, regular cleaning staff, and accountability clearly work in some places already.

So why not apply the same standards to railway stations, public parks, government offices, bus stands, markets, and streets?

Would love to hear others’ observations on this.

Cockroach Janta Party has huge potential — but only if it stays transparent, issue-focused, and community-driven

I like the energy and frustration this movement represents, but if this is meant to become a serious long-term youth movement and not just another viral trend, a few things are extremely important.

  1. Community-Led Decision Making

There should be a transparent public discussion/forum model where followers debate and discuss every major issue, campaign, or demand before it becomes the official stance.

The movement should not depend mainly on one convenor or top management deciding everything. That is exactly how most political parties eventually become centralized and disconnected from people.

Take inspiration from FoodPharmer — people trust him because the movement feels transparent and aligned with public concerns, not personal agendas.

  1. Clear Core Goals

The movement needs a focused and stable set of goals that genuinely represent youth interests.

Things like:

Better education

Jobs and employability

Affordable healthcare

Corruption-free governance

Accountability

Strong independent institutions

Better public infrastructure

These are issues that unite people across ideology.

At the same time, some manifesto points and campaigns currently feel too personal or reactive — for example targeting specific individuals or demanding removal of particular people. Many youth may not relate to that, and it weakens the larger message.

  1. Stay Issue-Focused, Not Party-Focused

Please avoid becoming anti-BJP, anti-Congress, or anti-any-party.

The moment the movement starts targeting political parties or individuals instead of focusing on issues, governance, and policies, many people will simply see it as another ideological camp.

The strongest position is: criticize problems, not parties.

Support good policies regardless of who brings them, and oppose bad governance regardless of who is in power.

  1. Prevent Centralized Control

There should be safeguards so that no single person can hijack or redirect the movement later based on personal ideology, ego, or political ambitions.

Many promising movements fail because they become personality-driven instead of principle-driven.

People need confidence that this movement belongs to the community, not to one individual or a small inner circle.

If this movement truly stays:

Transparent

Community-driven

Politically independent

Open to criticism and debate

Focused on real public issues

then it genuinely has the potential to become something meaningful instead of becoming another wasted opportunity.
