Hello everyone,

This is a notice to let the community know that I requested opting out of having my Reddit account history and content included in the PullPush archive database.

This public notice is being sticky pinned for 4 (four) days as requirement from the PullPush Removal Team to process my data deletion request. This will not affect the operation of the subreddit itself.

I asked PullPush if I could opt out and they reminded me that as a Moderator, with great power comes great responsibility. I would like to keep my transparency with the users of r/TeensSupportTeens by informing you of such actions.

(In case you are curious, I am requesting my data be removed from PullPush because of some archived posts/comments that include PII.)

We [r/TeenFriendsHere] are looking to add a few Mods to our team to help keep up with everything. If you want to join, comment on this post and we will talk to you and see if you would be beneficial to the team 👍.

Requirements for requesting to join:

-1, You must follow all the rules of the subreddit and Reddit itself. Read them all first and get familiar with them.

-2, You must be a TEEN [14-18 please] to be a moderator (and to be in the sub at all for that matter). Absolutely no Adults whatsoever.

-3, Please be active, we don't need people doing a little things here and there. We need Mods that are active throughout the week and can help get things done. Being busy is understandable, but we all know some of us are online like half the day 😅.

-4, You will be interviewed and have a chat with at least 2 Mods, and the Mod team will all have to agree to let you join (We have had issues with previous Mods, so we are taking precautions).

-5, Please bring a positive vibe and be civil. We do not need fights going on between Mods or anyone.

-6, Having mod tool skills and previous mod experience is a bonus point but we are open for beginners too.

-7, I am probably forgetting some small detail, but we just need people with good intentions that can hep us keep fellow teens safe and inform the rule breakers of what they did. If you are accepted as a Mod, you will get to read a guide to help you learn what jobs we have and how to do them.

Also, if you go through these steps and become a Mod, I can help you with any questions from there 👍. And if you have any questions beforehand, feel free to ask those as well.

I am not sure if you pay attention, but we Mods have been more active in the sub and have been cleaning up the sick pedophiles and the people NOT here for friends.

But of course, they never stop coming and outnumber us greatly. So we cannot always catch every single one in the flood of hundreds of posts and comments we have to go through in a week.

So we want to remind everyone: If you see a comment, post or dm that is from an adult, is inappropriate, breaks a rule or even just concerns you, report it to Mod Mail and report the user/post/comment directly. While it is our job as a Mod, you can do your part to help too if you notice something wrong.

We are not asking you to go looking for these things, but if you come across something then please let us know.

So I am writing a book and I have someone helping me bounce off ideas, and I want to be able to share a page where they are only a viewer so they can read it and help easier. We are on different continents and trying to type it in a DM is annoying.

What I am curious about is if it's secure/safe to share a viewer only Google Docs page, or if there is a better alternative? On the document itself there is no sensitive info, but I am not sure if sharing it can show any.

In my book I am writing, there will be both a teenage boy and a teenage girl that switch off through chapters/scenes as the main characters (from about 16 to late 17 years of age). But as a teenage guy, I am not sure on how to write some of the female pov.

I don't have specific scenes at the moment, but is there any general advice on some differences in behavior, emotional reactions, or thinking process that a girl would have vs. a boy in a certain situation? Sorry if this seems like a simple question, but I am writing my first Long-form book rather than short stories, so any thoughts or advice is greatly appreciated.
