Maya Malfunction forever processing Bills Payment: Need Advice to resolve this issue

I was trying to pay bills using dragon pay but the transaction was STUCK to "Processing Phase". It has been 19 hrs and still like this.

I had done this payment with the same method on the same bill. It only took seconds to finish.

I tried contacting Maya thru their ticket method but they said they cannot do anything since maya's jurisdiction is done after they released the money from my e-wallet.

Looks like maya is no good and wont assist.

Have you guys encountered this? Is there a way to contact dragonpay?
