Cosa posso fare con 17 e ho questi soldi messi da parte

Buonasera a tutti, ho 17 anni compiuti quest'anno e oggi ho contato il totale dei soldi da parte che ho, che sono circa 1700 euro. Avevo fatto già un post in passato chiedendo cosa potessi fare e molti mi hanno detto che ci potevo fare nulla praticamente e di spenderli in fare una vacanza o andare a divertirmi, ma dubito che lo farei.

Quindi la opterei per la opzione di investirli in formazione, mi sembra l'unica scelta sensata visto che un conto deposito ci fai anche la poco.

Ha senso come la sto pensando? E faccio bene ad avere questo pensiero di voler spendere i soldi e buttarmi a fare esperienze visto che ho la possibilità di sbagliare di più rispetto a persone più grandi di me?

Lower back pain doint routes

Hi, started doing football like 2 months, when I do routes especially the ones that need a aggressive cut of stop I find my lower back hurts, the next day I find difficult to bend to touch my knee not because of my hamstrings but I feel a strong pull from the lower back and If I remain in a bended position for like 10/15 seconds and stand up it hurts a lot. When I lift my legs too I feel my lower back pull a lot, I'm doing some exercises from chatgpt and it seems to work or maybe its because I skipped training for the entire week and the pain is going away, is this normal because my body is feeling a new stimulus or my technique or something else

Is this true?

When you sprint on concrete and grass it's you have a worse technique because the force your produce doesn't return back like in a track, like you lift your knee less and have a smaller stride length

Where and when can I add a training

Hi everyone

I play flag and tackle football together, I just started tackle last friday and flag it's been almost 2 months, I train flag in tuesday and saturday. Tackle wednesday and friday.

At flag we mostly do some catch and sometimes we do completely the route tree, I play receiver but I rarely play and in this period I ultimately playing less, so after training I'm not tired, like pretty easy. The practice time on tuesday is: 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Saturday: 10 am to 12 am

At tackle we are doing right now contioning and basic stuff, like technique and catch. Practice times are, Wednesday: 6 pm to 8 pm, Friday: 6:30 pmv to 8:30 pm.

My question is, when can I add a more individual trainings without overtraining and going burnout, I should play wide receiver and I like and think sprint workout like the ones that sprinters does are really important so it's a must to add, I was thinking doing acceleration work on sunday.

My first american football training experience

Hi everyone, just finished the training. I will write down what I liked and what I didn't liked so much.

First we did 3 laps of a soccer pitch pretty fast, and I think that was just too much because it's summer and just too much. Then we did some drills like skip, buttkicks and leg swings. Didn't liked it so much too because war pretty poor and we didn't do some mobility and activaction.
The warm up in general was really general and random, maybe I'm not used to it because in track and field the warm up takes at least 40 minutes and we do everything that you feel the body ready to go.
Then we did some wide receiver work: run a easy fly and the coach throw the ball, but when I was running he couldn't even make it to me, the throw was always too short but everybody else were good throws, that happened too when I was running a flat route, I cut and sprint but always too short his ball.
Then we did some easy tackle like on the line to simulate, was pretty easy nothing too complicated

Then some drill carrying the ball like the running backs, pretty easy that too.
At the end we did some stretching and I didn't liked it too, was just the hamstring and hip flexors, like the other muscles didn't work.
I had fun I think, next training will be more conditioning and I hope it's not only aerobyc stuff, more like sprints and anaerobic stuff because I think football isn't and endurance sport more short burst of explosive movements

This night too I dreamed about the support teacher of the yesterday dream, I did a post yesterday.

TOMORROW MY FIRST TACKLE TRAINING

Tomorrow I will have my first tackle training, did only flag for like a month and half and finally tomorrow will do tackle. I don't really know how to feel but only happy, I hope to have fun and choose to play that sport, because I changed from tennis and track and field. And hope to be better than everyone and outrun everyone

Can somebody tell me what this dream means?

I'm 17M, tonight I dreamed for the first time after a really long time, like it's been minimum 6 months, maybe I dreamed but I forgot right after I woke up, don't know. The dream was really strange, I woke up in midnight to go to the bathroom and then I dreamed this after I went back to sleep: I was in my house and there were 2 my teachers, one was the math teacher and the other iswas a support teacher, both young. This is the part that I remember better: in another moment she was on the couch with a chinese teen near to her, looked like they were talking; the guy was a classmate from a chinese school I did.

Non so se questo è il miglior posto dove chiederlo però ci provo.
Ho 17 anni e quando cammino c'è una ragazza che reputo carina come faccio ad approcciare? Parliamo di ragazza più grandi visto che quelle delle mia età sono tipo "immature", non che io sia perfetto però non ho avuto e non sto vivendo la mia adolescenza come tutti i miei coeatanei, e non sto dicendo che evito le ragazze della mia età anche se sono carine ma proprio non mi viene nulla.
QUINDI se avete consigli o qualcosa del genere, poi non sono italiano e magari penso che a molto non piacerò sicuro, Ultima cosa: è vero che anche se approcci nel miglio modo ma non sei bello esteticamente non succederà mai nulla?

What do you think of that route running training for wide receiver

I'm building right now a training for wide receiver, in particular route running to do this summer, wanted to know what you all think about:

- Warm up

- Line Release: The Split Release & Crossover, 3 x 4 per side, rest: 1 min.
- Cut and deceleration: 3-Step Drop & Drive, 4 x 3 per side, rest: 1.5 min.
- Route running: 1) slant route, 5 reps 2) dig route, 5 reps 3)

I created this asking gemini how should a wide receiver route running workout look like, don't know if this is too much/low volume, I have a track and field background, as a sprinter, and I think that is like light work, keeping the quality high. I post here because I know you all much more than me about football

Standing triple jump analysis and crtics

Today did some stranding triple jumps and wanted to post them here for an analysis and some things I can correct/improve, so glad to hear what I can do to improve

Looking at other people doing this type of plyo I notice that they have the upper body more vertical and I have it really low, and they look like have more vertical but I focus on being more horizontal as I can, don't know if this is bad or good, let you all comment
