The dual sense 5 has have add the option to be connected to other devices however there was no driver software ever released
On pcs as a result this often leads to poor utilisation of a rather expensive controller , following this we have developed and released our answer , the dual sense 5 companion, it is an app which essentially allows software customisation on the ds5 , for the initial build here are the features

1)accurate haptic feedback/ rumble- the ds5 does work on pc with steaminput and often on most games by default however as i have experienced my self and many others it is often really weak or doesn’t work at. All. The only way till now to make it work was set your sound output to ds5 which would still be weak and you would sacrifice all audio , the ds 5 companion app simply samples the audio playing through your output then based on the frequencies and gates provides haptic feedbacks. This approach while sounds raw and messy after being fine tuned by us , is providing ps5 native level or dare i say better quality haptics.

2)trackpad and gestures: the trackpad is a very useful part of the ds5 but often un used and windows doesn’t support it natively DualSense touchpad reports come over the USB HID input report as raw X/Y coordinates for up to 2 contact points, each with an ID and an “active” bit, by implementing it we can achieved standard track pad level functionality as well as gesture supports

3)miscellaneous features- as mentioned every single aspect from the sound gates to trackpad acceleration is tweak able we have added 3 themes- light,dark and glass as well as a profile system. Apart from that. One click install and setup as well as the mute button can be used as a toggle to turn rumble /touch pad off/on

4)why is this unique and why choose this? - because it was built as nothing even remotely similar exists to this surprisingly. Yes there are repos but they just map ps5 as a xbox 360 controller this one is basically dedicated to the dual sense controller itself , further more steaminput is known to struggle with haptics on dual sense etc this is basically a better steam input - more like a dual sense input to achieve native ps5 like experience on pc

1)black myth wukong digital deluxe dlc -the game which is the inspiration behind this it works exceptionally well , walking , light attacks , music , falling every single thing is registered accordingly
2)ghost of tsuhima
3)elden ring
4)fortnite-(yes fn as its basically sound based so when you fire ammo etc)
5)god of war 2018
6)assasin creed black flag
7)gta v (i dont reccomend here too , too much feedback imo)

If you want to check any game your self , follow this
1)Run the ds5 companion app
2)Enable rumble
3)open and play the walk through video of the game you want to test for The rumble will be exactly how it will be in game

Any suggestions, features or ideas will be greatly appreciated i plan on developing the driver software further and achieve a native ps5 level on pc

For the next update I plan on playing of certain audio cues such as wind in ghost of tsushima through the dual sense speakers itself like on ps5

Hello i own a msi mag 320 r this was my first time pc building and i was able to mount everything except the case fans

The case came with instructions on how to install the led pins but there were no led pins and the power switch was put into the mobo as a whole

Plus without instructions i can figure out how to setup the rgb

Trust me ive tried everything i could and it doesnt work , please i depend on one of you to hopefully spot the error and tell me the fix

As i said im new in the pcmr with zero experience and the case manual was azz.

Thought it would be easy but it was crazy tough ltt did help alot so did other videos these components were confusing and alot of things are wrong

For starters the case fans of the msi lag 320r rgb dont work at all , the radiator barely mounter on the top the monitors on screen menu doesnt show up and display port isnt working only hdmi is

However it is mine - for the past 7 hours ive learnt more about making a pc than the past 4 years i spent in r and d for the pc , i honestly love it so much , i will spend time fixing it no matter how much it takes

Ik the rams bad but i cant do anth else its not a money issue more like good ram kits arent even available

My questions - will the cpu bottle neck the gpu?
Will the case fit my aio
Is the aio good
Suggest me a atx full sized motherboard under 140dollars (14000 inr)
A good psu for my build under 70-80 dollars (8000inr)

Ps: thats a new gpu its just a oem part so got it cheaper with lesser warranty but worth it .

First of all to everyone considering pxn v10 pro , i have tried the g29 this is way better get a pxn v10 pro

It actually feels premium and the force feed back is so much better like when i used the g29 i could tell the difference between game and irl but this one is like instant i cant put into words like the ffb occurs exactly when it happens in game not even noticeable delay , the problem ive been facing rn is firstly the pedal dont stick to the floor it keeps going back when i accelerate and also my chair has wheels so that part is a mess for now

Regarding the quality, its excellent leather and feels really premium in person

A few not so real problem is the pxn app which isnt detecting it im prolly doing smth wrong and also learning the calibration takes time

And im ass at driving with wheels but hope to get better

On my way to buy the shifter next
