Hello,
I gave my father an X60 Pro Ultra, but he uses tap water instead of deionized water. I asked ChatGPT and learned that Amazon sells products that can be placed at the bottom of a water tank to remove limescale from the water.
What do you think? Could this help prevent limescale buildup in the pumps and other parts over the years?

Also would it be doable to have something like this in the bottom of the clean water tank or would it bother the pumps / aspiration etc ? thank you

Question, a friend just ordered a X60 Pro Ultra. I noticed there are two mop pad holders that look like tiny fragile plastic parts.

How many replacement of these part come with the "complete" version ? just 2 ? If one breaks the whole robot / station won't work ?

Is there any place we could buy replacements ? Is it compatible ? Why is there no replacement in the Complete pack, is it because they never break ?

I have the roller so I don't really know how this works

I’m a sound engineer, and my mentor spent several hours explaining to me how to identify the harsh, piercing frequencies produced by guitars. Some frequencies are shrill and genuinely unbearable, and the brain can sort of filter them out, but making that effort makes the song unpleasant to listen to and makes you want to skip it.
Sometimes it sounds paranormal because when you amplify the frequency; then your brain won't filter it anymore even after it returned to normal volume

When mixing a track, in industrial music we often blend four or five guitars together, and each one needs to have its bad frequencies removed individually. They are often in the high end, and there are techniques to remove them precisely without damaging the overall sound.

I realised that “Burning Bright” not only kept all of those listener repelling frequencies, but actually boosted them???
It’s surprising because it is genuinely a great song, but if you skip it, that is completely normal. Otherwise, you are truly a masochist.

I have the Aqua10 Ultra Roller;
There are hundreds of small parts that the robot needs. Without them, it cannot function at all:

- the robot’s dirty water tank
- the small rear wheel
- the multidirectional front wheel
- the two metal arms where the vacuum brushes are attached
- the fluffer that loosens up the roller
- etc.

None of these parts are sold separately. I cannot find them on AliExpress. For the robot’s dirty water tank, I ordered one from AliExpress, but I received a different, incompatible part.
Does this mean that if one small part breaks one day, the whole robot has to be thrown away?

J'ai 34 ans; je suis un gars.
Quand j'étais enfant / ados, j'étais le genre maigre et métalleux plongé dans sa musique et totalement dans son monde ; je mangeais peu prennait pas soin de moi et j'étais franchement moche.
Et j'ai eu une multitude de classes, de soirées, de sorties, de vacances et pendant plus de 15 ans de vie ma relation avec les filles était toujours la même : Enfait dans les années 2005-2010 (je ne sais pas si ça a changé) si tu es moche les filles te détestent; et donc ma vie et mes relations avec les filles se résumaient ainsi : si j'adressais la parole à une en soirée ou si j'engageais simplement la parole en cours (mais avec 0 intention, parfois je le devais pour x raison) ben les réponses c'était "non mais ta gueule toi" "mais je t'ai parlé ?" "heu désolé j'ai pas le temps" ou la grande majorité du temps on m'ignore simplement et me répondais même pas. En 15 ans je me suis donc résigné : les filles sont pleins de haines et me rejettent je les dégoute et si on me déclare la guerre, il est normal de leur déclarer la guerre aussi; après 15 ans d'insultes alors que j'ai rien demandé je voue une haine infinie à la gente féminine.

OPINION AS AN ENGINEER AND MESSAGE FOR DREAME ENGINEERS IF THEY CAN READ THIS : On the brand new Dreame X60 Pro Ultra robot vacuum, Dreame introduced the PowerMaster system, which uses ultra fast charging to give the robot much longer cleaning time. The idea is impressive, because the robot can quickly recharge during short returns to the base and continue cleaning large areas.

The problem is that ultra fast charging is not ideal for battery health. A lithium battery ages faster when it is charged with very high current, especially because it creates more heat and more chemical stress inside the cells. Even if Dreame has safety systems and cooling protections, repeated fast charging will probably wear the battery way faster than normal slow charging. It's a great feature to impress people, for marketing and to sell robots now, but it's not a good long-term stategy when everybody will discover that the battery has been destroyed.

For most users, this speed is not needed every day. Many homes are small enough that the robot can finish cleaning without using aggressive charging. That is why Dreame should quickly add a “slow charging” or “battery care” option in the app. Users who want maximum performance could keep PowerMaster enabled, while users who want to preserve the battery for several years could choose slow charging. This would make the product smarter, safer, and better for long term reliability.

Today I made the mistake of mopping without vacuuming first on a dirty floor, whereas I usually always vacuum beforehand. Since then I’ve had slight leaks and I’m afraid I may have clogged the water pipes with dust. What I did to flush it was make the robot clean a small area in front of the station 4 or 5 times in a row, because each time the whole mop cleaning cycle => dirty water drainage into the dirty water tank happens. That allows the pipes to be flushed with clean water. Apparently it worked !

But in the app there is also a function called “Device Maintenance” => “Empty the robot tank” which, when launched, runs for quite a long time. ~15 min. Does anyone know what it actually does? Is it the robot’s clean water tank being pumped back into the base? Through which path? Does it go through the dirty water tank?

If so, that would probably allow much more effective flushing than my method of repeatedly cleaning a small area.
